DO NOT select this company!! Wilson Towing was selected by Mercedes Benz to tow my vehicle through their emergency service. Their driver tried to back into my circle driveway and he ran off BOTH sides ...greatly damaging my NEWLY planted yard!! He also scraped the tire as he loaded it onto the wrecker. Not experienced! Furthermore, although I spoke with the owner originally when it happened, I was expecting him to call me to pay for the damage like Mercedes directed him to do. However, I have not heard from him and it has been more than 2 weeks. NOT RECOMMENDED

so my wife locks the keys in her car Friday night. Wilson towing comes out spends about 30 mins trying to open door then says sorry can not open, charges us the 75$. then leaves we call cullman locksmith takes him less than 2 mins and charges 60$. i would avoid wilson towing at al cost!

We recently had the misfortune of a car break-down near Cullman on a Saturday afternoon while returning home to St. Louis from a family vacation. Roger with Wilson's towing was the company contacted by AAA. I can't say enough wonderful things about him. He not only provided more assistance in finding a place to take our car than AAA did, but he also went the extra mile by calling later in the evening to check on us, and also helped us the following day in transporting us back to the repair shop. He was professional, courteous, and beyond helpful. A break-down in an unfamiliar town with 4 children was much less stressful because of Roger and his helpfulness. I would recommend Wilson's towing to anyone in need of a quality towing company with a driver you can trust.

We recently broke down in Cullman on our way to the beach. AAA contacted Wilson's to tow my vehicle to a local shop located outside of Cullman. Once the driver arrived, he loaded my vehicle and asked if I was sure that was where I wanted to go. He explained that it wasn't a very reputable shop and it liable to cost me alot. I explained ed that I wasn't from the area and all the shops that I had called were closed because it was a Saturday and a big concert was happening that evening. He asked if I minded if he tried to find a good shop in Cullman to fix my vehicle. He carried me to several shops until he found one that did good work at a reasonable price. I would highly recommended Wilson's towing to anyone that needs towing. This kind of service is disappearing in our country. I'm glad to know that some people still care and will go the extra mile.
