Almost 2 months ago Butter made a second key for my car and he did a fine, fine job. Because I had a new problem on Wednesday ... Yes it has to do with the ignition cylinder and yes Butter was helping again. I saw into the cylinder that a pin was blocking the key from going in entirely, i made a way for that key to get in and get me to downtown for Butter's help.And then while bragging about Decatur Lockmaster & Safe Company to friends one of my friends started praising them also...turns out she is a neighbor to one of the owners. She said that they were all GOOD GOOD FOLKS.

Locked my keys in my car for the 3rd time called a locksmith and they got my car open within a few seconds delayed a bit because of the rain but it was worth the wait for getting in my car will call again but hopefully i wont have to great company id recommend

Wow! What a great company. My wife locked my son in the car at the mall while i was across town . By the time i got there decatur lock master had the door almost open . It was super fast , friendly service . I will definitely call again .

Usually use one of the big retailers whenever I've needed a key copied, but I decided to stop by Decatur Lockmaster on 2nd today. Very glad I did. The guy who works there was very accommodating. Copied the two keys I needed and was on my way in no time. Very convenient (especially if you live in SE). Will definitely do business with again.
