I have an Audi and it locked me out. Roadside assistance could not get into my car, so I called the Audi dealer which referred me to Locks by the Bay. He was there pretty quick and about 30 minutes had me back in my car! He is a definite go to!!!! Dont call anyone else before you call him!!!! And the price I was SHOCKED!!!! I expected to pay so much more!!!!

MuscleHead Garage used Locks By The Bay on Saturday 2/29 they came to key a Honda Civic which couldn't be done due other reasons of issues with the car.. But I'd like to say they were awesome according to the owner of MuscleHead Garage.... If have something you need key wise please use them... Y'all will not be disappointed.... it was almost 10 o'clock at night and we desperately needed a new key fob for our vehicle since we had just lost ours and needed it to start our van. I called Locks By The Bay and he was there within 20 minutes. Dile, the owner, was super friendly and very knowledgeable. He got me a new key fob and programmed it very quickly, along with a smile and good conversation. I would recommend this locksmith anytime you are in a jam.

Son locked his only key inside his truck. Locks by the Bay was very prompt, very professional and reasonably priced. Super nice guy. I had him unlock the vehicle, program a second key, and cut an 'emergency' hard key to have on standby all of which he quickly did onsight. Would definitely recommend, in fact, I will have him come back out on my wife's next day off since she only has one copy of her key.

Needed help on a Saturday with an unusual predicament I had gotten myself into. I needed a very unique part for the lock to the front door to my house which I had some how lost when I took it apart to paint the door. To be honest I didnt hold much hope the he would have it given that I had already been everywhere I could think of trying to find it including the manufacturer. Nevertheless, after describing what I needed he delivered to to my house within a hour. A true lifesaver! Excellent customer service still lives! I highly recommend Locks By The Bay.

Lost the transponder in my key to an early 2000's model Lexus. Lexus Mobile quoted me $1,500 + towing costs to fix my issue, and other local businesses quoted me $900 + labor. I called every locksmith on both sides of the bay until I found Dile at Locks By the Bay. He got me up and running for $200, and made sure I had a couple of spare keys so I wouldn't have this issue again. He was very prompt in his service, professional in his work, and an extremely friendly guy. Definitely recommend calling this this guy first if you're in a bind.
