Set up a time for them to come the next day. I called them 5 minutes before they were supposed to come. They cancelled said they had gotten busy. So I went with the next day. I got the same result. Would not recommend Doctor locksmith out of 3 days I couldn't get them to show up. I would go with SOUTHERN SAFE AND LOCK. There's a reason why they have a 5 star rating.

The big box hardware stores were not able to make a copy of the key for my anti-theft hitch lock. A quick search online, and I was on my to Doctor Locksmith. After a short ride down Schillinger Rd. South, I was easily able to find the Doctor Locksmith location. The store appears to be locally owned and operated. I walked into the front door and found myself in a comfortable waiting room. Turning to my left I came upon the customer service counter, behind which was every type of key and lock related apparatus imaginable. I was quickly greeted by the locksmith on duty. After explaining my situation, she assured me that she could solve my key copying delima. She got to work and had the keys ready for me in under two minutes. I also had some copies made of my house key, and the copies were high quality.Although I made the trip to the store, my new locksmith friend let me know that they can also will come onsite for all your lock related needs.

This is the best and reasonably priced locksmith I have ever been to! I was worried about the pricing for my Honda Accord key fob because I know they're not cheap. I dropped my key fob and broke a piece off a week ago and was worried it would fall apart eventually and I don't have another set. So I called around and found this place. ( The dealership where I got my car from suggested Dr. locksmith) Anyways I went in and the the sweetest lady that makes the keys was there and was super kind. She ordered my part and a few days later I went back and had it made. I was in and out in 20 minutes! Great, fast, and friendly service.

Im not one to bash a company on the internet but If I could give this company zero stars I would honestly.. I set up an appointment day in advance they call me the next day saying they werent able to make the appointment and they could make it the next day understand stuff comes up I said thats fine the next day comes around I take time out of my day again for them. They call confirming my appointment at 3:30. 430 rolls around I call them again and they just said yea, its really not that worth it heres another locksmiths number how lazy could you possibly be wish they would have told me this 4 days ago so I could have ordered a key from someone else. Wouldnt recommend to anyone..

I have never Google bashed anyone for bad service but this one takes the cake! Can anyone accept making an appointment eight days earlier to get a no-show? I waited almost two hours and called and ask where the locksmith that I scheduled is? The response was, 'I'm sorry I forgot'! Then I ask is one coming and I get, 'sorry no.' I'm throwing up flag on this play! I called them eight days ago making the appointment and then call them back a second time to confirm making sure it was Friday a week and not the following day and I received 'I have you down.' I assume that is written down on a schedule. How does a company that relies on phone appointments say sorry I forgot? Take your chances if you want but this just happened to me and this is unacceptable business practice! I would give them a -star if I could as my time is important is anyone else's and wasting it is not acceptable.

This place is horrible. The locksmith has another job at the oction so he is NEVER there. They told me to have my car towed there, then when I had the car towed they said sorry he won't be able to fix it unless the car is there first thing in the morning so you can't even bring it there in advance. Then said it has to be on a day when its not raining ( as if I can predict the future) Friday is a 'short day' so we won't be able to do the repair this week. Horrible business and I still have never seen nor talk to Dr. Locksmith just his assistant, again he is NEVER there!!!
