Great experience! Rates are reasonable. I was stuck in a hole and needed a tow in the middle of the night. I called Tow Monkey, the operator was so pleasant and professional. It was about 10 minutes later the owner showed up and pulled us out of the hole. He was fast, courteous and very friendly. If your in need of a tow I highly recommend Tow Monkey!!

If these guys tow your car you better have a damn map and someone who has been there to find them. There is no sign and even their building is bare. Upon arrival, I was told i couldnt pay with anything other than cash.. So after going to multiple atms to get the amount needed out, the guy didnt even have change!!! What kind of place is this? My car was towed and there for a weekend and it cost me nearly $400 to get out. If you want to screw someone over, go ahead and have these guys tow their car. Your victim is guaranteed a headache.

A big fraud.charged me 687.00 for labor and parts found out from another repair shop nothing was replaced.racist.never abswered my phone calls about where my car was.filing law suit against them never will use them again.
