I have a bittersweet relationship with this business. Up until my last visit they would be 5 stars. I know my experience was heavily my own fault(i lose my keys like no one's business). Also they were cutting from a broken key. The person behind the counter might have been new(she had amazing costumer service.) Though my key wasn't cut properly. It had been cut there twice before. I'm no locksmith so I don't know if the keys just no longer work for cutting new keys. They ended having to cut my key to spec, which was an additional 15 dollars, and the whole ordeal took 4 days. As my motorcycle is my main source of transportation I wasn't very pleased.With that being said I know it's my own fault though I would have appreciated more communication. When I have my number and didn't didn't get a call that my key was finished I was annoyed. Again the service when you go in the store is great. I'm sure all of their techs are amazing, and I hope my next visit will Make this a 5 star review. I will continue to Support their small business. As should you.

We recently had Thompson Safe, Lock & Key come out to our new house and change the locks. I can't say enough how pleased we were with their service. They called to confirm their arrival time, and showed up promptly when they said they would be here. Two servicemen arrived and they had five locks changed out to new locks within twenty minutes. They were fast, efficient and friendly. Now instead of three doors with 5 different keys, we have all the locks keyed to one key. They are very affordable. We would definitely use their service again and highly recommend them.

I have used this company in the past and was saddened by their now poor customer service and overpriced fees. I needed locked changed on my building and they were overpriced for the locks compared to other locksmiths and wanted to charge a trip fee for a 3 mile drive. I had a company from Maricopa that came out for no trip charge and charged half of what Thomson safe would have.
