Florence True Value is one of my regular stops while in town. Employees always greet you as you enter the store and are happy to assist in finding that 'one thingy with the curved piece on it' you need to finish your project. Always know I'll walk out of there with what I need.

I can literally shop for supplies for my home my business and my vacation they have everything it's a perfect store for everyone whether you're single or a couple or family man or woman they have everything for you wow!! And they give Florence Town history lessons LOL

Normally, I leave great feedback for providing me with fixes. This time I walked in with a project that was a money pit that would cost well over half of what buying a new one would cost. Bottom line is the staff was kind and could have sold me a lot of stuff and the end result would have still been the same as when I started. Honest. Kind. Respectful. I'll be back with a better project next time. Thank you

I'm a snowbird, and have never heard of this place until a few days ago. someone said it was not just a hardware store, but a destination spot. They were correct, this place is awesome.It's deceptively larger then you would think by looking at the outside, the shelving is close together to maximize the amount of stuff they can put in there. And that's a lot. I would venture to say if you're in a hardware store like this and they don't have it, you don't need it.I went in there just because I heard about it, and ended up spending about an hour looking around and walked out with about $50 worth of stuff I didn't realize I needed until I saw it.If you're close by Florence, it's worth the trip just to see this store.

Great place! Historical downtown Florence. As for the hardware store, if they don't have what you want/need chances are you don't really need it. If you want save money, leave your wife in the car, mine can spend more time & money in here than I will!

I can not put in to words how much I love this Hardware Store. I shop there every chance I get instead of the Big Box Stores. The people service are over the top and the atmosphere is incredible. It's like a walk back in time. Really a wonderful experience every time.

I just love this place. Even will make special trips to Florence to see what they have in. Great selection of lawn art, wind chimes, lawn furniture. They also carry jewelry huge selection of mens and womens hats, purses photo frames, local honey,etc. In addition they are a well stocked hardware store !
