Was recommended to Agent Lock and Key from another locksmith did not have the proper equipment to get the keys cut and program for my 2018 F150. Contacted Agent lock and key, set up a time and met up to get the keys done. He was able to get everything done while I waited plus save me the cost and time i would of spent at a dealership. Highly recommend.

Talk about customer service!! I needed to replace a lock on my car door handle, called a few other places that quoted me $100-150 each. Called agent lock and key, the gentlemen said its super simple and told me what to do in under 20 seconds. Listened to his advice, took me about 2 whole minutes to do!VERY HONEST and professional!!

I had Terry make me a spare 'computer chip' key for my Toyota. Way better price than the Toyota dealer, and he comes to you. I thought my trunk lock was bad, but Terry noticed my original key was worn badly and he made the new key to factory specs, and his new key opened the lock! He took my worn key with remote controls apart and cut a new key and put my remote into the new key. He knows his stuff, and had no issues reprogramming my car to work with the new keys. He spent a lot of time making sure everything worked perfectly.

So many good reviews and yet today showed otherwise. Poor communication skills. Rude and showed no remorse for the situation. He did not complete the job, let alone assess the situation. His reasoning was inexcusable , unprofessional, and could have been handled a different way.

We bought a car with 1 Key and Key fob. Had 2 quote of $110.00 to cut and program hut wanted me to come to his house and that threw a red Flag right there.
