I needed 2 car keys/keyfobs cut and programmed. After getting the run-around and poor customer service from Ace (Ace wanted $80 per key to be cut and programmed, they also kept sending me from store to store because each stores machine was down or the employees couldn't figure it out) I finally went to A-Alarm lock and key. I was charged $50 total to have both keys cut and programmed and I was in and out in 10 minutes.

Responded very quickly and did a great job. The key was lost and he was able unlock the dead bolt and rekey the lock to work with the same key that works our other locks.

I had given up hope for my safe and finally decided to take it in and have it drilled open. I dropped it off thinking it would be an huge project but within 30 mins they called said it was ready. I expected to get a safe that had a whole drilled in but no...they were able to open it and told me to change my batteries (oops) and charged me very little!! Fantastic customer service. Highly recommend these guys!!

Awesome service. The owner showed up super fast and stayed for as long as it took to unjam my lock. He took the time to make sure my door shut and locked better than it did before I even had the issue with it. Can't recommend him enough. He is my locksmith for life.
