We got our 23 year old Jeep 4.0 repaired the guys did an Awesome job. Very friendly and kept their promises. They went above and beyond to even check over the AC repairs 1 week after install to make sure everything was tip top shape. Best Honest and Fair Auto repair around these parts. Very fair prices too. Quality parts and installers are top notch. They put a smile on my wife's face. Her Jeep can keep going as long as we have these guys taking care of it. Our Jeeps name is TANK. I had a flat on State Route 78 in New Mexico and drove 60 miles on the spare back to Safford. Austin's were able to offer me a choice of two tires in my size the same day. Although I did not have an appointment, and got in at 12:30, they were able to change the two tires before closing at 2pm, at a reasonable price. The shop is efficient, and the young lady seems to have been selling tires since she was six, or at least, 16. Her efficiency and freedom from equivocation gave me confidence, as did the efficiency and courtesy of the shop. One might wish for lower prices or more selection but will not find them at the same time as the very quick service on tires in-stock when there are so many different sizes being used. I felt treated 'like family', which is hard to do; I am not family, but these people care about their work and know what they are doing, and got me back on the road very quickly with no prior appointment.

I brought my vehicle in for a repair. The check engine light was on. I was told I just needed spark plugs and one coil pack. After many hours and 50 minutes before closing, the repair shop called and stated that the repair did not work and that they were closing for the weekend. Since I was visiting from out of town, there was no way I could simply leave my vehicle over the weekend. We went to pick up the vehicle unfixed with the check engine light still on. Much to my surprise, the repair cost was not adjusted whatsoever. The cost was approximately 504.00. When we asked, did you leave the spark plugs in, they replied that they were only able to return the coil pack, not the spark plugs? That saved us 12.00. I do not feel that the labor cost is valid as I was told that changing the spark plugs and coil pack would fix the vehicle. It did not. I contacted the company several times. Finally, the manager called me back and I told him I wanted to talk to the owner. The owner told me he didn't care what state I was from or any legal mumbo jumbo and to stick my vehicle up my (a**) rear end. I said that was very professional of you, Thank you . He said sure... I then hung up. I ended up purchasing a new vehicle across the street because I was fearful of driving a vehicle with a check engine light 500 miles with my children in the vehicle across the desert.

They are very expensive and only seem to have their best interest in mind. I went to get a new key and they were going to charge 3x what a dealership would have. I ended up finding my key and they charged me 45 anyways including 20 for shipping a 15 dollar key!? Seem very shady and bad vibes.

Used them for motorcycle tire installation and balance.I had a photo shoot planned the night before and saw the rear tire was flat. Did a frantic search for new tire and had in delivered next day. Called Austin's that morning and they got it done within 40 min. Photo shoot when fantastic and everything is good.The staff and people are fantastic. Thank you

Took my Chevy Silverado to this place for a wheel alignment 3 weeks later my front tires were worn out on the inside of the tire. The workers were friendly that day not sure if just a little bad luck or the mechanic that worked on the truck.

Nice lobby and atmosphere. Sign says dont be late and no shows will be billed but yet I waited for an HR for them to start my car after scheduled time. Then to only be told another half hour later they wouldn't align it because my cars WHOLE from end isn't perfect basically and still charged me $33. It's a 25 year old car yes I know it's not perfect. Should have asked me if I'd like to pay for the $33 front end evaluation before starting, then I'd have said no I already know what my car needs. Should warn customers if we don't align we'll still charge you $33 for turning you down.

Seems like they did a good job on the oil change for both of my cars, but service took much longer than expected. I brought car here an hour after they opened with an appointment, wasn't ready until they closed.

Busy but helpful. Did a walk-in to change my oils, very understanding. Beware waits if you're impatient! However, overall very nice. It's hard to get in and out of the parking lot with where it's located is my main grievance. Otherwise the services themselves were good for my old car

This place is a complete rip off. I took a truck in to have the tires replaced and was told my front wheel bearings needed to be replaced because they were shot, what they didnt know was I replaced the wheel bearings myself a week prior. I took the truck home pulled the tires off to check the wheel bearings and everything was fine. Ripping people off is not how you run a business. My family and I will never take anything back to Austins

I purchased what I thought were new tires for my truck on 08/13/14. What I found out today is that the tires were in a warehouse for FOUR years. I purchased roadside assistant and towing insurance today and was told that they will not change out a tire that is over six years old. This is not the sort of thing that makes you feel warm and fuzzy all over. They also dinged me $6.27 for a new drain plug, The old one had been keeping the oil in the pan for the last 41758 miles.
