We just bought a new home and called Arizona Keys Locksmith to re-key five doors. Levi was awesome! Timely, efficient, friendly, and very professional. He made a couple of recommendations and gave us pricing, but wasnt pushy about it. We agreed with his recommendations and he got straight to work. He installed a keypad lock on our front door, which was slightly smaller than the existing lock. He asked if I had the paint for the door, which luckily we did. He touched up the area around the lock. He painted my door! I did not expect that. He even helped us set up the app for the keypad. We love it! I highly recommend Arizona Keys Locksmith. Arizona Keys Locksmith came highly recommended to me. I called Levi and within 30 minutes he arrived at my home, which was appreciated as I needed my locks changed fairly quickly due to an emergency. I originally asked Levi to rekey locks on two screen security doors. I also have two wooden doors with two locks each. Levi came up with an idea to completely refigure all locks on two doors which was 100% better and more secure. Levi wore a mask and wiped everything down when he was finished which I greatly appreciate during quarantine. Excellent service and price. Levi is the best. I highly recommend.

If you need a locksmith for any reason, you MUST call Arizona Keys Locksmith! I called this morning, because our back slider door lock was no longer working, and I talked to Levi. He was very friendly and was ready to meet me at my place in about 45 minutes. Wow; talk about fast service!! He fixed our back sliding lock in no time; and we figured since we had him, why not ask if he had time to replace other locks around the house. Levi was ready and willing! He replaced several doorknobs, replaced several deadbolts (and re-keyed them all the same), and did did some general maintenance on the back and side gates, so they would latch better. Levi was incredibly helpful, offered several suggestions to make our lock situation even better, worked incredibly hard, and his customer service skills were top notch! If I could give more stars, I would! Definitely recommending him to friends and family; and I highly recommend you use him as well! Thanks Levi!!

Levi saved the day for me last week. I lost my mail key and called the property management company to inquire about getting a replacement, only to find that I would have to go through a locksmith. I very fortunately stumbled upon Arizona Keys Locksmith and Levi via a shot in the dark Google search. After calling at 8am on the way to work in a panic knowing I wouldn't be home until 8pm (having to get a important piece of mail from my mailbox), he offered to meet me at 830pm at my condo complex. He was timely, communicative, efficient, and professional (working in the dark) and 10 minutes later I had access to my overflowing mailbox and an additional key for future emergencies. Levi let me know when he was available to re-key my home and had no problem giving me a quote over the phone. I knew I wanted to change out some hardware, but I wanted to see what my options would be. He arrived when he said he would, looked over my doors, and let me know which locks were functioning well and which weren't (he guessed 15+ yrs old on certain ones, which I knew was true). In comparison to a previous quote, his pricing was very competitive and when he found that a socket for one of my lock brackets needed repair, he corrected the issue instead of ignoring it.
