My wife called this outfit to replace the locks on our house. When my wife told whoever the woman was that answered her call our address, she abruptly told my wife that they didn't service our area. According to Google Maps, the Cochise office is only 3.3 miles from our house in Chaparral Village. When my wife pointed this out to the woman, she rudely told her 'we don't service that area.' and hung up. My wife was taken aback by this and called back. The same woman answered the phone again, and when my wife asked to speak to the manager, the woman even more rudely said 'No. I already told you we don't service your area!' and hung up again. For a company that is supposed to be the best locksmith in Sierra Vista, this was extremely unprofessional.

This place is wonderful! One of our keys was lost and I had to have the entire building re-keyed at 5:30pm on a Saturday. I called Cochise Lock and Safe and they were there within 30 minutes. The young man, Brian who came to do the job was friendly, professional and he did an amazing job! He rey-keyed 4 doors and made a lot of keys for me and it was done in a very small amount of time! I can't recommend them highly enough! Great customer service!

Friday my boyfriend purchased two keys from you guys and neither of them worked. We called back on Friday to tell you guys but you told him that the keys just have to be programmed and you gave him some steps to follow. You said it would only take 30 minutes. We sat there for 5 hrs 45 minutes Friday repeating the steps that you gave him over and over and it still didn't work. Why sell someone keys that you know have to be programmed? Why didn't you program them yourself? At this point I'm highly disappointed.
