When youre a woman by herself when something happens with your vehicle and youre sitting out in the heat or cold or rain its nice to know you can count on these good, kind, fair, and caring people. I was told that my truck would be towed to the shop to be fixed before the shop opened. The truck was not picked up till 2 hours later after we called to find out what happened. The company is less then a mile from where the truck was to be picked up at.

We had our vehicle stolen and the thief also stole someone's trailer. One tow truck was used to pull the truck and a second for the trailer. Our vehicle wasn't released to us until we paid both the towing fees for the truck AND the trailer (that doesn't belong to us.). The staff was also very rude when we questioned why we were responsible for both towing fees.

Great response time, excellent service and very helpful in getting us to a shop in town. Made sure we were checked into a hotel for the night and followed up the next morning even! Absolute life saver! My husband locked his keys in his car, and was calling around trying to get someone to help him out and thankfully Newcomb towing answered us. A nice gentleman answered the phone and my husband explained the situation and even though we were in Little Rock and this is a Benton company he still came out to assist and unlocked the car! Thank you so much, very fast and easy!! Great people!! If I could do more stars, I would! I would recommend them to anyone!

My sisters car was totaled and they were the company who came to get her vehicle, when she went to get her things as soon as she could there was money missing from her glove compartment. Imagine that. Do NOT use them, even if this was an employee who took her money then the owner should have handled this the correct way with them and they didn't. We just had to cut the loss, so everyone needs to be aware that this is one of those companies that cant keep their hands out of a single mom with 3 children's belongings. Use a different wrecker company!!!!!

Newcomb Towing, is an awesome service!! Very professional and extremely kind hearted. An elderly gentleman had missed the turn into a fastfood business in Benton, and his vehicle ended up in the ditch. He was humiliated about for having turned too soon. I waited with this sweet man until the Newcomb Towing arrived. They got his SUV out, didn't charge him the $125.00 it would have normally cost, patted his arm and told him to have a nice day. Wonderful guys!!

They use your tow to prey on people and use it as a reason to tack on fee after fee and a legal way to extort money from people. They do not make it convenient to be able to get your vehicle because 'no one is currently at the office' and then when they are in the office, they try to add additional ridiculous fees! I was told as well as my son they wouldn't charge for the additional day, they would 'help us out'. When I pick it up, they suddenly changed their mind. Ridiculous and rude!
