Very happy with the service received. A young man came within the 45 mins he said. He did a good job. My key was actually inside the room which was a puzzle at first, but it seems I locked it with the key to my other room. He fitted a new lock with a key that is completely different, so I wont be making that mistake again. Extremely satisfied.

AAA costs 30$ and they'll unlock your car every day of the year. For what Dr. Sleight of hand charges, you could buy a new car and break all your keys off in every lock then light it afire, ride to hospital in three ambulances, then Uber home during the peak of the Covid season. Make sure you know the cost prior to svc rendered. Lesson learned

WARNING WARNING WARNING!!! We were quoted $70 on the phone, then charged $189 after the work was done. It was unlocked with an airbag and a long rod. Completely unscrupulous. If anyone would like a picture of the card and invoice, let me know.

Additionally it was freezing out and he had to take our door panel out to get the key code because the Toyota system was down Extremely pleasant and polite guy who is very reasonable. Well a technician came out last week and made a key for my husband's car and then told him he would have to youtube it on how to get the key to work after my husband paid him the money and then told him to call if husband couldn't figure it out so I called because we paid for the locksmith to get us a key that works not just a key that dont work to anything.. so I called Friday and they said a technician will be out today at 11am and here its 12 and seen or heard from no one!

$158!!!! They are not located locally at all. The address on google is fake. The tech came from Little Rock to Beebe so I had to wait an hour and half. and was charged $158 dollars for a 5 minute unlock. I called them at 6pm so it wasn't like it was 2 am charge or anything. ONE HUNDRED FIFTY EIGHT AND 99 CENTS!!!!!!! I thought I was calling local. I called to inquire the next day and the company told me they have contract employees and are not located in Cabot as advertised and asked me if I asked the tech 'if he could do better' on the price. NO I did not because I thought he was doing his job and charging what his company charged. I found out after that had I truly called a local company I would have been charged 80 dollars max for Smith Wrecker or Action Lock and Key.. Buyer Beware!!!!!
