Excellent work and service. My mom lost keys and clicker to my dads Grand Marquis. They programmed two keys and a remote. He even gave me the keypad code. Everything went great.

A bit unprofessional. I called for a quote. The owner gave a quote and I thanked him and stated I was opting for another vendor. The owner called me back minutes later to argue with me about his price. Weird. He kept asking, 'who I was with?' as if I were some spy. It was odd for the owner to call me back and rationalize his rates. To make it worse, he called back AGAIN 15 minutes later! He couldn't let it go.I'd give him a 1-star rating, but it wasn't as if his prices were horrible. They were just $15 more than a competitor. I just didn't need an argument justifying his higher rates.If you need a locksmith, I'd suggest looking elsewhere, if possible..

I just had to write a review for this company. I have a 2004 Jeep Liberty, and things just suddenly started going out on it, windows literally falling down into the door out of site, water gushing out.... I had tried to get another mechanic to take care of my car, but they kept putting me off -- for more than 3 months!! Once I found out that Pull-A-Lock had a mechanic, I contacted them, and they came and got my car that day. They went beyond what they had to to find me the lowest price on the replacement parts that I needed for my car. And they were quick at making the repairs. The only issue I had was not with them! They had ordered my parts, and for some reason, they company only shipped half of the order, so there was a 2 day delay due to the parts company error. But they were so sweet and apologetic for the delay, and honestly, for the price they got me (less than half price of other places), I was okay with the delay. They even power washed my car afterwards, which really needed it since I do not have a garage!! Great company, great service, great prices. I will definitely use them again.

Phenomenal people and awesome service! My boyfriend lost his car key and had to get a new key made and programmed. They came to his car and programmed a new key for him at half the cost his dealership was going to charge. They were at his car with a new key within the hour be first contacted them. Overall great experience!

Highly recommend this locksmith! He was here in less then 10 minutes from the time I called, was very friendly, quick and didn't leave until we were sure my keys were out of the trunk. Very cost effective, $20. He's in Conway but 24/7!

He saved us a ton of money by cleaning an ignition switch on a vehicle that wouldnt start. It kept us from having to buy almost a 300 dollar part, or spend 700 at the dealership. And he came to the vehicle. Didnt have to have it towed to his shop. Great guy and great service.

Locked my keys in the trunk of my car this morning. UGH!!!! After getting two quotes: one from my insurance companys roadside assistance for more than $70.00 (they said I didnt have lock-out service); and the second from a credit card companys roadside assistance for $40.00 plus, I called Pull-A-Lock. Paul arrived quickly, opened my car quickly, and charged me the more-than-fair (based on the time he took to do his magic) price of $20.00. He deserves 100 STARS! God bless you Paul .

I called to have my van unlocked this morning as I had locked my keys inside my van accidentally. I received a low rate of $20 and incredibly quick service! I have a FOB and no tangible key. I locked my car with it on to run in a store, but Mazda's antitheft precautions made it where my car wouldn't unlock from the outside, even with the right FOB. I thought it was gonna be an ordeal to get a key made... NOPE! He was there within 5 or 10 minutes, was very nice, and had my door popped within seconds. Also only cost twenty bucks. Can't beat that!
