I needed a transponder key cut for my car. I was able to find a blank for the key FAR cheaper on the internet than at the dealer or even at major retailers who cut keys. Most locksmiths won't cut and flash blanks unless you buy them from the locksmith. Sharp's however, gave me a disclaimer that they couldn't guarantee it (because they can't take responsibility for a key they know nothing about - understandable) but they were willing to cut it and code it. Don't be put off by the price for this. It's cheaper than you'll get anywhere else, and what they had to do was actually quite a bit of work. Will do business with again.

I came in to get a key cut for a 2009 Honda Accord, anything that could have gone wrong seem too I'll spare you the details, but the guys here were patient with me and worked very hard to get it right. I'm still here waiting, regardless of the outcome, this is a well run shop with good people who take pride in their work. When I need service like this in the future I will be coming here. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly. However, the owner is the exact opposite. He will argue and lie over work he or his employees did, belittle you, and be an overall cantankerous person. You're much better off going to C & E Lock and Safe down the road.

Used them for 12 years. 3 months ago they stripped the screws in my door and didn't bother to tell me. I had to replace my lock today and discovered that I can't because they ruined my plates on my door. I called to ask for help. The man told me he was the owner, treated me like an idiot.. when I asked if they were going to help since it was caused by them, he shouted ' I did help you! I told you to use a hammer on the screws!'... then proceeded to tell me he was going to charge me an emergency fee to come fix what they broke initially. Ive been a very loyal customer, but I just switched to C & E.. they were super nice and fixed my issue for 25 bucks.. and somehow managed to not talk down to me. After speaking with my neighbor, he recently switched as well due to the people at Sharps being very rude. Guess its their thing now.. but I won't be back to find out. Sharps damaged my door, refused responsibility, refused to help, raised their voice to me, talked to me like I was an idiot, and lost a 12 year customer.

He showed up on time, and he was very nice and professional. The prices were competitive and I called every locksmith in Fayetteville trying to get a good deal. These guys were it!
