My Husband and I stopped at the Rest Area just 5 miles from Whites and realized we had a Broken Leaf Spring on our Camper. We called Whites and spoke to the nice lady named T who sent out Carlton to checkout our situation. He then looked at our Leaf Spring and dispatched Shorty to the Rescue. Shorty had one onboard. Fixed is up in no time! What a wonderful caring group of People. Thank you so much for saving the day!

My mom and I were passing through Arkansas on our way to Indiana when we had a blow out on the highway. Our insurance company was zero help with a long wait for assistance so I contacted White Motor co. They had someone to us in 30 minutes who took off our damaged tire and replaced it with our spare so we could be on our way! They were quick and efficient and very kind. Two women with two dogs on the side of the highway in need of help and they answered the call! I cannot recommend them enough. Truly a God send when we didnt know what to do. Thank you thank you!!!

My family and I ran out of gas on our way to Florida . I called my road side assistance company and they took over an hour contacting me and when I spoke to Whites my provider had not approved service despite the fact that I called over an hour ago and paid the fee. Despite the company not paying them Whites out of the goodness of their heart sent a truck out to help my family not knowing if they would be paid or not! It wasnt about the money to them it was about making sure my family didnt sit on the side of the road any longer than we had. I wish more businesses were this morally correct! I offered to pay whites since my provider was taking so long paying them and they refused my payment and told me they just wanted to make sure my family and I were safe ! This company Is truly one of a kind!!! Thank you for being there for my family and I.

I40 West @ exit 260 in Earle, AR we demated our passenger side tow dolly tire on the entry ramp's RAZOR SHARP RAMP CONCRETE EDGE - flat tyre along I40W in the rain and Good Sam Roadside tells us that they are UNABLE?!?!So 911 heped us find White Motors!

These folks at White Motor Towing are the greatest and are so kind.Tire blew out, near Forrest City AR. Immediately called our national insurance company as we have roadside assistance included in our policy. Insurance Co. service was slow to respond to our call and phone app request. So we searched Google and picked White's as they had the best rating. These folks went beyond what anyone could expect. Their truck quickly arrived & efficiently installed 'donut'. Followed their team member to their garage,. They then traveled to Memphis (1 hr each way) to get the exact match to our newer vehicle. Changed the tire and we were on our way in approx. 3 hrs from time we called. Everyone involved from White's was absolutely incredible !!!

5:00 am at Widener traveling East on I-40 I had a right front flat. Could not get a brand new 2 ton smaller hydronic jack underneath any steel to lift vehicle I had stopped behind another stranded motorist with hazards flashing. After removing plastic covers for lug nuts a roll back showed up responding to the call from the other stranded motorist who had just left (someone brought them ) TREY was driving and lifted me up enough with his roll back to remove tire. I couldnt have done it myself the lignite were just to tight!!! He was an angel summoned by my guardian angel for sure. We were so blessed it was the right front, the much SAFER side on this interstate. I highly recommend them for any of your roadside assistance needs and please check your insurance policy section that reads Roadside Assistance so this does not happen to you!! Mine if course said N/A bit I was not asked my my agent if I would like to add that feature to my full coverage plan. I will be doing that when they open. Also, if your current Roadside Assistance coverage with AAA, NMC, ARI or amy fleet vehicles out there be sure to put this company at the top of your list to dispatch if you are in need of their services while in the area of Forrest City, Widener, Wynne or basically anywhere on I-40 East or West Bound!!! Family owned and operated since 1937. God is Good ALL the time.

These folks are amazing! The fully loaded Uhaul truck that I was driving broke down. Not only did they tow it to their shop and try to fix it on Saturday, they did everything needed to communicate with Uhaul and ultimately getting me into another truck. This included the offload and reload to the 2nd truck when the 1st one couldn't be fixed in a timely manner. Then, they called to check on me the next day to make sure that I made it safely to my destination. Great work, White!!

I Have been driving. O.T.R. for 25 years , Have had my share of breakdowns. And used. Many tow co.'s. I really never take the time to write reviews . this will be my first. And only reason I am actually. Writing one , is for the following reasons : 1st . HUNTER. arrived. And right from the start. .i clearly saw that he knew what he was doing. From the moment he stepped out of the truck. To instantly starting to hook up. In a proper and carefullest manner. Not cutting any corners as i have seen many do in the past , using his equipment like a true proffesional. Making. It look easy. . and. Having a great attitude while doing so. I right away knew. Not to worry. about my. Truck or trailer , not to mention he did. Not stumble .or look like he was going back and forth. again. Like most have done b4. He. Also removed. Drive shaft properly and carefully as most make a mess w axles or bang drives shaft and let it drop to the floor wich he did not do . i was very impressed with his work ethic and could see that he was is 1 of a kind. And. Not frowning upon doing his job. Or even about answering any questions i had . as most. Tow drivers are. Trying to do what HUNTER did. but do not come close . they take. A long time and still do things half ways. . I must say i would. Give Him amd this co. 100 stars if i could after being thru the night i had w my truck. To see him arrive and watch him at work i was very happy that there is still some guys out there that know. I was stranded on the road hundreds of miles from home. White Motor Co. rescued me, literally and figuratively. I received professional, courteous service every step of the way. I was quoted a very reasonable price during the phone so I knew what to expect. No shenanigans. No highway shakedown. I especially appreciate that my call for help was answered immediately and the dispatcher expressed genuine concern for my plight (3 other tow services I called didnt answer and didnt respond to my voicemail messages ever). White Motor Co. arrived promptly and expertly loaded my car onto their truck and delivered it to the dealership about 75 miles away. While I hope Im never stranded again, I would not hesitate to call White Motor Co. I wholeheartedly recommend this towing service!

I was traveling from Nashville to Little Rock when my alternator went out on me. I was able to get to a truck stop safely. When I contacted White they were very helpful to come check out my vehicle and verify it was my alternator. They the waited for me to make sure I needed a tow. They then came to tow the truck to their shop and begin working on replacing the part first thing Monday morning. When the tow truck came to get the vehicle, the tow driver was very helpful and told me to get in this truck to warm up, being the temp was 36 F. When they had the truck loaded they then offered to give me a ride to the hotel of my choice. They called me first thing Monday and told me they had the part and were nearing completion of the job to get me back on the road. I would tell anyone near Forrest City needing a tow truck or repairs to call these guys up. I can only give them 5 stars but I would say they are way above that on all aspects.

The best service i have ever received was here at white motor towing !! Joey the tow truck driver helped so much and got his shop manager to help me and my company out after me spending 56 hours at a shop ans getting the run around with the guy thats suppose to be working on my truck he wasnt there 52 of those 56 hours so finally i got fed up and called joey and he took me to there shop where the fixed the simple fuel line leak that the other shop couldnt figure out in 56 hours !!! Paid less for a tow and repair with white motor and got done within an hour if getting in to the shop i was able to make it him for the most important day in my life which wouldnt of happend at the other place by sweatpea truck stop!!! Joey and peanut (the mechanic who figured out the problem in 5 minutes) have done an amazing job along with the rest of there crew there and helped me when i most needed it!!!! Thank you guys so much and i recommend this place to any and everyone needing help on the road!!!!

We were traveling in our Motorhome east on I 40 when we broke down. After waiting for 4 hours while Good Sam looked for a tow we took matters in our own hands and were blessed to get Benji! He hooked up our unit quickly and expertly, he he unhooked our drive shaft so there would be no further damage and he arrive in about 45 min! He took the extra time to find a Ford dealership that was safe to park in until Monday when they opened, this was Saturday night! We appreciate all that you did! Tom & Teri

I had a car impounded at White Motor Company. I drove an hour and a half to pick it up.The guys in the shop were nicer than most impound yards and even the owner. I paid and when I got to the vehicle it wouldnt start or even make a sound. That is when The friendliness stopped. I went into the office and told the owner about the situation and asked him what we could work out. There was five people in the office. In an instant there was one. The owner had walked out and not even answered my question. After few minutes, the lady that takes the money cane back with a script he had given her to say. There is no rebuttal for not having the guts to face a situation head on. I had a problem and he completely refused to address it or make it better.

Had breakdown traveling less than a mile from their business once I got home I Called these guys they said they had lost my ticket and they were busy and would call me when they found it after another 5 days of waiting I called them the lady found it right on her desk $580 dollars and they didn't accept debit or credit cash only so I was forced to drive back down there and pay the cash. The repair was literally cheaper than the tow. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

This year, we used White Motor Co. to replace tires on our dumptruck on several different occasions. Each time, we left with only great things to say about the establishment as well as the friendly bunch who run the placement . The prices have been comparable to any others Ive checked on around the Forrest City/Wynne/Brinkley area and weve always gotten exceptionally fast service... in a out of there before you know it... Im not exactly sure what all other services they offer but I would definitely recommend using them. Keep up the good work, WMC!

I would give them a negative rating, but this was the lowest rating I could choose. This company charged us $75 to simply put air in the spare tire that my husband had already mounted on our car. They wouldn't give us a price over the phone even when we had asked how much it would cost for them to just put air in our spare. I will definitely be contacting the Better Business Bureau about these thieves. In hindsight, I would have been better off carrying my infants to the nearest gas station to buy an air compressor than get swindled by these ruthless crooks. Merry Christmas to you and yours... I hope one day you are repaid in kind so you might discover your own sense of humanity.

Don't go there. The will empty your pockets. Parts will be marked up twice the price from Volvo or freightliner. They will open all your truck and then if you argue. The will tell you to pay and get truck towed somewhere else. AVOID AVOID AVOID
