I called this morning and had my key made by the afternoon. So curtious and friendly. Also, it had battery problems and out of gas in a huge mud hole and he didnt complain and was so helpful... you just dont find businesses anymore that will go the extra mile. At a very reasonable price! If you need a key made, this is the place to call! Thanks so much for getting my old Ford out of the mess it was in!

I called ahead of time to see how much it would cost to have keys programmed for my 2010 F-150. I was quoted well below what Ford and the other name brand lock smiths quoted, and he was able to fit me in-between a service call he was about to head out the door for. Ford told me it would be weeks to schedule an appointment, and they would need my truck for an hour to program 2 keys. River Valley Locksmith did it in 10 mins. without an appointment, and it was substantially cheaper! I will only use these guys for now on, best in Fort Smith!
