They were very quick to respond. The man went above and beyond to fix our truck, not tow it, right then and there on the corner of Central and Grand at 8:30 pm. Had a time limit of 9, because that's when Auto zone closes. This dude got me the part first then just fixed my truck on the side of the road in under an hour. Very reasonable prices and excellent service

This guy is awesome I'm doing this in real time. Called on a Sunday at 8am.. they answered I told them what I needed shot me a flat price and kept me up to date in a text and boom! I called A1 Towing because the towing rate was the lowest, but when Steve arrived and as he was hooking up the car, he asked what was wrong. I told him the car wouldn't start and it was either the ignition switch, the anti theft key with a chip, or a starter. He quickly identified the problem as the starter and said it was an easy job and he could fix it in an hour. (Note: the book rate for a starter replacement on this NorthStar engine is 8-10 hours.) I was surprised to hear that he could do it so quickly. We called O'Reilly and they had a starter in stock and within an hour and a half, which included a trip to pick up the part, he was done. The car started right up and Steve had saved me a few hundred dollars. It is an amazing story and I tell it to everyone. Thank you Steve,
