If I could give 10 stars I would! I locked myself out of my husband's truck at Wal-Mart with my 2 month old inside my husband called Tom's and Mr. Stover was there within 10 minutes of him calling! He worked quickly and carefully and he was very concerned about my son when he didn't have to be. If we ever need a locksmith again we won't go anywhere else!

This guy is not a good locksmith & never shows up when he says he will or at all & also I seen he has had multiple DWI/DUI 6 to be exact & has already been to prison twice over them & still continues to drive the street all the way up until his recent arrest a month ago & does not need to be on the roads where our families & children are.

This was the worst experience Ive ever had over the phone with somebody. Maybe if they would have been a little more respectful I would of used them but all they did was keep changing the price every time I called and continued to get an attitude for no reason. Definitely do not recommend them.

Thanks so much Toms for coming to our rescue. After the Redwolf game, we discovered that the only existing key to my boyfriends truck was gone. Lost in tailgate city, we think. The gentleman from Toms quickly took our information and brought a new working key to us within about 30 minutes. I hope I dont get in that situation again, but if so, Ill be calling them again. I recommend you do too. Fast, friendly, professional service!

I locked my keys in the car by accident but they came right away to help me and were so nice even though they were technically closed! It only cost $40 so it was very reasonable!!

This locksmith took TWO HOURS to reach my fianc who was locked out of his vehicle in Harrisburg. I called initially at 8:48 and it sounded great. The guys call him and let him know theyll be there. No time frame, absolutely nothing. My fianc calls back at 10:00, they still havent made it. So I call the receptionist & she informs me that they were on another call, which wouldve been great to know because I couldve called a different locksmith. It is now 10:45 and they claim they are leaving Jonesboro. My fianc would not let me call and cancel so that I could get a quicker, much more professional place dispatched out because hes a nice guy. Had it been me, no I wouldnt have waited 2 hours. I absolutely refuse to use this company again and recommend that others call any of the number of locksmiths in Jonesboro other than this one! They have absolutely no regard for other peoples time much less their professionalism.

All my locks were punched in on my car. The cheapest quote I could get from an auto repair was $400. Tom & Jason got the job done for half the price, and in half the time. I feel so lucky to have found them! Jason had to rip my doors apart because the handle was broken too. They got the parts overnight & fixed it promptly the next morning. These guys are awesome! Don't forget to say Hi to the sweetest guard dogs I've ever met! They stay behind the counter, but they'll jump up for you to pet them. They love playing with their tennis balls... say 'give,' throw the ball and the games begin!

Locked my keys inside my car while trying to be a good boyfriend and deliver some tropical smoothies to my fiancs work. low and behold I left my dang keys sitting in my car. Called two locksmiths before calling toms, and was out on hold for minutes, toms thankfully answered right away and sent ED over to handle my mess up. ED was quick, efficient, made it to my car in about 10 minutes while also handling ANOTHER call. Now harm was done to my vehicle, ED only took about 3 minutes to work and got me back in my car and on my way home in no time! The fee was moderate-low, but definitely worth the quality and service that this business provides. I highly recommend them if you live in the Jonesboro area!

My daughter called me around 12:30am and said she'd lost her keys & was stuck at work but had a spare key in her car. I'm in South Dakota! I called Tom's Lock & Key. I woke him up (sorry) and explained the situation. I gave him my card number over the phone and paid him up front. His price for having to go rescue someone at almost 1am was rediculously cheap (in my opinion anyway.) I called my daughter and told her that a locksmith was on the way. We talked a bit and she says OK he's here. I'm like whaaaa? He was the in less than 10 minutes. Literally 20 minutes after being woken up, at almost 1am, he arrived at my daughter's car. That's crazy!! Thank you, sir. I'll never forget that. You're the gold standard for locksmiths everywhere.

Called about getting the door to my shop unlocked Friday afternoon, and the guy that answered was rude and abrasive. He certainly made it sound like I was wasting his time. He told me he was in Paragould (I'm in Jonesboro), and he'd give me a call back when he was in town (he never did). Ended up calling J & J Mobile Locksmith, who were courteous, quick, and affordable. Wouldn't recommend this business to anyone looking for friendly or timely service.

My boyfriend lost the key to his chastity belt while he was wearing it, he's so silly. We tried to unlock it with a safety pin, but after several hours we were unsuccessful. We called Tom, and he was able to unlock my boyfriends chastity belt with his lock pick and some of our KY jelly. Thanks Tom! You Cutie.
