Had to get a new key fob programmed for my vehicle. They gave me free advice over the phone, got my key programmed quickly, and were a fraction of the cost of the dealership. Have used them for other services before as well and have always been treated fairly. My only small complaint is the Fox News that plays in the lobby, but to each his own.

Very arrogant acting employees. Several people sitting around laughed when I was leaving including the old guy who's been there forever. I needed a couple of keys cut for a newer Honda. Guy at the counter said $45 each. I told him I have my own keys and he said still $45 each. I told him 'I guess you don't need my money too bad.' As I turned and was leaving he yelled out 'you think that's expensive see what Honda charges.' I just said 'you people have lost your mind.' I have gone there dozens of times but not anymore. I went to Ace Hardware on Kiehl Avenue and got them cut for only $10 each. I'll see you guys at the going out of business sale.

Responded to a web inquiry from their website via e-mail. Responded within a few hours each time usually and answered questions. Had a key cut and transponder code copied in about 20 minutes (and they seemed mediumishly busy). Had the best price (called every lock smith in town) as well. Would use again and recommend.

Other than it looks like most employees there appear to be on work release, when you go in you are invisible for at least 3-5 min. before you r acknowledged. Had a key cut before I left told them it was still hard to turn, the dude on parole looked @ the key he cut from was wore out & now I have 2. Said it needed lock cyl. Went out to jville lock & safe they cut keys with no trouble. The 5 crappie stars are for this to appear where it will b seen. If you r dumb enough to go there in take a good look at the neatly dressed, well groomed employees that r NOT there. Also ask if the key they cut will work like a new 1 or a wore out 1.

So disappointed...this used to be my 'go to' shop. Not anymore....from the guy on the phone weeks ago giving me incorrect info on my key fob replacement to the rude workers there today Saturday...it will unlikely I return to do business here.There simply was no excuse for the way I was treated. Very sad.

Went into the store to have my key transponder program to my truck after changing my issue switch appointment for next day technician called me started arguing with me I told him I don't know I just lost the key I just been told the truck has that typesy anti theft stem sensor inside truck was going off on truck would not let the truck start and he was still being very argement6 still want to argue with me tell me to call someone else hung up on me. The desk popple and the tech are rude and snooty and have been told 3 definiteprices . Would not use them if thay was the only ones in town I will let my truck rust down

Bills has helped me with a door that would not latch on my antique Honda and some other recalcitrant vehicle locks over the years in addition to being an easy safe buying experience. They were polite enough, cost was appropriate, and they didn't wreck my house delivering and installing it. If it closes or changes significantly before I'm too old and decrepit or dead to care I will miss it.

I will never use these guys again! Prepaid and ordered two remotes. They didn't call and advise me they had showed up. Then when I arrived to pick them up they only had one. The order sheet showed two ordered. I said 'Fine order another one.' Then they advised me they charged me for only one. When it clearly showed they had ordered TWO! I refused to double pay and they just refunded my money. So still no keys! Moving on..... I wont be back. Honestly I don't think they care either.

Great place to get keys made, never have any issues with any keys weve bought here. Plus we bought a gun safe too. Guys helped us load it and loaned us moving blankets to protect the bed of our truck.-Above was my original post. This is my current post. For years Ive done business here. I made an appointment for someone to come look at some door issues in my church. They never showed or called. I called and complained. They set up another appointment. Then called me the day before to cancel. They refused to come to Lonoke at 3 pm, when I could met them. They didnt seem to understand no one at the church all day. Refused to come on a Saturday. My church is a 30 minute drive from them. I will never recommend Bills to anyone. They dont want extra business. Sad their customer service is horrible now.

The Technician was extremely rude upon arriving. I tried to explain him what I wanted done to the vehicle he disagree that it was the key. when initially it was the key switch after I had someone else look at it they said it was a key switch as well the technician was extremely unprofessional and I will not be using their services ever again. This company is racist , the techs will stereotype , and if you try to file a complaint the manager will say he wasnt there so apparently the customer word isnt good enough meaning you will have to go over his head .. be careful when dealing with this foul company If I could I would give them a -0

I took a key to be made and as I attempt to take the key off my ring the man that made them told me that's ok you don't have to take it off. Well I had another key on my ring.....so when I got home the key didn't fit my lock!! If he would have gave me a chance to take that key off my key ring maybe I wouldn't have to get another key made. All those men in there are sooooo RUDE RUDE & RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!

Only went in for key copies, but a couple were rather hard to find. It took nearly a half hour, but even though a couple key blanks had to be really modified to match, each one worked first time in their respective locks. I appreciated the extra time and work put in to give me what I needed. If I need keys or other locksmith work, Bill's will be my first contact.

A couple of months ago I tried to order a key for wife's car. Employee said no problem, should be here in a week or so. Called three weeks later, person I spoke to was rude and short, said it wasn't in yet, acted like I was doing him a favor trying to do business there. Here we are two months later, still no key, no call, no nothing. Don't spend your money here. Demand better.
