Joe was Amazing! I have never had to call a lock smith and was in need of the entire house be changed for locks. He explained everything to me so I understood how it all worked. He saved me so much money because I was considering buying all new knobs and locks ,, he was very kind and answered all my questions patiently and with great detail, Im so pleased with his work, he even made my keys work better than they ever had before! Ill recommend him to anyone! If I ever need a lock smith he is who I would call. He was recommended to me by another company who was booked out so long and I didnt want to wait. Joe fit me in right away and worked with my schedule, he was great!!

Joes came within the hour to help us get a guest out of our bathroom. He was able to free them and replaced the lock in speedy time. I appreciated him coming so quickly on short notice as well as telling us what went wrong. He was able to give me an estimate on future work as well. He was affordable and quick!

A friend of mine told me about Joe's lock and key how good he is so I called and talked to him about making a car key from a picture I was out of town and needed a another key that I would come by in a couple of days when I got back in town he said yes he could do it just send him a picture of my car key so I sent him the picture When I got back in town I went to Joe's to pick up my car key I was blown away that Joe was able to make my car key off a picture and the price was really reasonable Joe is really awesome and will only be using JOE'S LOCK AND KEY whenever I need any locksmithing Done and will Highly recommend him to all my family and friends Great job Joe and thank you

I wound up not using this locksmith because when I called, the person who answered was rude and kept sighing whenever i asked a question and was snappy and short with me. The rates were comparable to most of the other locksmiths so I absolutely wouldn't use this one if I have the choice.

Just called to ask a question and i have never spoken to someone as rude as this. He was asking me questions and using words that are known to him but not commonly used. Then proceeds to huff and puff because i didnt understand his reference. Then proceeds to be like yeah like what i was describing to you! Wow how rude. Like couldnt you have used lament terms???? Like seriously? Thats not how your supposed to talk to a customer! Then he told me the price. when i tried to mention my dealership would do it cheaper, he rudely cuts me off saying that oh thats a lie they are just going to steal ur money and thats what they tell you to get you there then screw you later. Like? Um can i finish my sentence before you bite my head off? Just wow. I would hate to see what his service is like if its anything like his rude disrespectful attitude. Smdh.

Joe came out in the 105 degree temps to do our chipped automobile key replacement. When he got here, he had to cope with an ignition practically torn out of the car, dead battery, numerous obstacles just to get to the programming of a new chip! Just called him and was given a nasty attitude before I could even ask about his services and prices. It sounded like he was drunk so I already knew I would not be giving him my business. I then just said I must have the wrong number but before I could finish sentence he said something about you dont know the difference between asking and finding a locksmith then hung up on me!! I cant imagine how anyone would get great service from such a rude man!

Called and asked for service. Just like others have mentioned, guy sounded disgruntled from the start. I explained my problem with a lock and he said ok text the address and he'll come out. I texted the address and after over an hour called to get an e.t.a. Guy said the address I gave didn't show up on navigation, but he didn't care to text/call back and let me know he wasn't coming or ask for directions. Poor customer service, should've listened to other's reviews.

Good lock smith! I called a few for prices and one lock smith wanted to charge me up to $700 for an auto key to be remade! Until I found joe, on the phone joe worked with me and told me price options that were affordable. He was there on time and was fast at his job too. Will contact again for any issues in the future.

I just called and this man didn't even give me a chance to ask what service I needed before giving an ugly response and saying ''ugh; why does everyone call and first ask how much something is knowing anything after hours will always be a higher rate and that being said I am just not going to take anymore calls'' and clicked. Read other reviews and was hesitant. Joe is old school and probably not the best communicator over the phone all he said was text me your address and that was it. He was here within 30 minutes and got me into my garage within minutes. His computer was down so he wasn't able to make me a key on site but said he would do so as soon as he got home and didn't charge me for his services until, I am assuming, he is able to make a key for me. Joe was knowledgeable, polite, professional and will save you a lot of money. I would recommend.

So professional and helpful. I had locked my car keys in a bedroom and needed to be somewhere soon. In minutes after I called, he was here with a smile on his face. At first the situation didn't look good for the lock, and I thought I'd have to replace the whole thing. He opened up his magic toolkit and started trying a few different approaches. Before I knew it, he got the door opened without any damage to the lock, door, or frame. This guy is good. Really good. He quickly explained to me how the door's lock worked, and how he had been able to get it open, so I got a nice little lesson out of it all too. The pen I signed the paperwork with ended up being a holiday gift that I was able to keep, with a little poem on it! I definitely recommend his services.
