Really nice guys (and gal). Honest, competent, and reasonably priced. They helped us get our start in lock smithing many years ago with both advice and parts. That's a sign of a business that knows they're good. They don't try to impede competition. They know they're good and that they'll have customers no matter what. They don't need to cut others off at the knees to look taller. Great guys.

It's kind of ridiculous how fast, professional, knowledgable, and funny these guys are. You can be in and out in 5 minutes and only pay a few bucks per key. I'd strongly recommend this place for any key copying needs.This is by far the best key copying business I've been to, and as a bonus it's probably the one of the best businesses in general that I've been to.

Excellent service. These guys know what they are doing and can problem solve. Got a replacement Subaru key made in 5 minutes for $70. The dealership quoted $250+ and would have had to order it. Plus genuinely nice people.

This is the place to go to have smart key fobs programmed. I bought a spare intelligent key for my Ford flex, and got it programmed, and the key cut for FAR LESS than the Ford dealership wanted to charge me. These guys are professional, knowledgeable, fast, as well as friendly. The ONLY place to go for locksmith services.

Would give zero stars if possible! After I called for a locksmith, they told me a price on the phone and then tripled it when they got to my house. Not only did they charge me a ridiculous amount but they also destroyed the door knob. I am sure the person they sent over has no idea how to open a lock without drilling through it. Please save yourself time and money, don't call them!

Had four copies of the house key cut here yesterday, none of which worked. When I came back today the guy at the desk simply had the most condescending and quarrelsome attitude, arguing and demanding that I explain to him how everything works. I had to be extremely patient in order to get another guy to agree to soften some of the edges a little so that they look more like the original key. Still not sure if they will work, but in either case, i won't be coming back here.

Needed 8 copies of a key. Tried at one of the KeyMe machines first. The machine charges $7.99 per copy , and took over 10 minutes before telling me it had failes. At the store they charged $3 per copy, and were done in 2 minutes for the whole set. The keys work great. Plus they're super friendly! Anyway, highly recommend the store.

If you need a copy of a key, you'll probably go to a neighborhood store. If you need a copy that's guaranteed to work, it's worth it going to Rex. If you have multiple locks that you want re-keyed so that a single key opens them all, you should definitely head to Rex Key. These guys are professionals. They work fast, and they've never failed me.

Real pros. I needed two weird 1992 Mercedes keys and they laser-cut them! with no problem. Slightly slow service, but they were busy with 5 customers. Prices are reasonable and all the duplicates I got worked perfectly.

This is the ONLY place I'll go now for getting keys copied, locks rekeyed or replaced. Their keys ALWAYS work, unlike the ones I used to get made at hardware stores or other places. When I bring in an old and worn key, they will make me a new master key for future copies. And their prices are extremely reasonable and the staff, not surprisingly, very knowledgeable. And they will always work with you to come up with the most economical and efficient solutions.

These guys are awesome. They've provided lock and key service for a couple of places where I've lived and/or worked, including some specialized high-security stuff, and they consistently provide friendly, efficient, quality service.I once called for their 24-hour mobile service, when I locked the keys inside an older Cadillac I owned. The car had some special security features in the design, and AAA roadside assistance couldn't get me in. Now, I had left the keys in the ignition, with the door key dangling from the ignition key inside the car. . . their mobile locksmith looked into the car with a flashlight, looking over the door key, and then went to his van. . . and cut a door key, that was a close enough match to open the door. I was pretty impressed.These guys are pros, solid all around. Can't recommend them highly enough.

My experience was with Dan and John who helped me salvage a thirty year old Schlagg lock in my office building waiting room. When I say these guys were professional, I mean they were knowledgeable problem solvers, they answered all my questions, and they worked to keep my costs down.They got the lock fixed as though it was the lock in their office waiting room: They saved my about $400 with their knowledge and creative problem solving.Pretty masterful locksmiths...definitely the first locksmith you should call every time!

30+ years ago, they maintained the locks at my Frat House. 10 years ago, they solved a weird problem with a house lock for me, and I vowed never to use another locksmith. Last week, they created a new key for my van, when the old one was so worn it didn't work very well, and couldn't be copied. Old school pride in their work, and I get the feeling it will continue, as there were a couple of young pups learning the trade when I was in there. I was looking at their key board 'German', 'French', 'Old Japanese', 'Eastern Europe' - so if your Yugo, Tatra, or Wartburg needs a key, you know where to go ;-)
