My door lock assembly existing on the front door of large home in Crowley was challenging in replacement. Bruce facilitated my hardware replacement acquisition at gratis. When the large complex door assembly arrived, i called Bruce at Bishop Locksmith. He coordinated a timely time for his service. He followed up prior to his timely visit with very good questions to do this job efficiently. After a few hours of disassembly of the old Baldwin hardware and replacing with multiple adjustments required on the new one, WOW. His concern for the fit being 100% accurate with multiple quality checks before leaving, i was genuinely so so impressed.His pricing was very fair +++. Strongly recommend his expertise in knowledge and experience witnessed at my home. Thank you Bruce!
