Severely over priced! I was charged $140 to get my keys out of the passenger seat with the window already down. They don't tell you how much you pay beforehand when you call them. I told the guy once he showed up and he said 'we don't give out minimum fee just service' which is TERRIBLE on their end because the business is obviously lacking transparency. Also, a charge of $99 minimum is CRAZY.*GO ELSEWHERE NOT HERE, unless it's all you have available. please research/call around before putting your hope and dollars into this place.

Gabriel re-keyed all the doors to our house over the Thanksgiving holidays when a purse with our house keys was stolen. He came on very short notice and did a great job. Just this past weekend, a clip on the back of the cylinder of our front door lock failed, so we called Gabriel again. He came out and repaired the lock, saying it was a simple fix. He remembered the work he had done for us before and gave us a great deal on the task at hand. Gabriel is a great resource; he is knowledgeable and efficient...so glad he is local to Castro Valley.

Gabriel came to my house quickly and quoted me a fair price. There were some issues with copying the key to my car since the key he was copying was old and worn and he had to use a lot of blank keys and then order codes online before they worked, but he didn't leave until I had what I needed. I'm confident he got the job done as quickly as was possible based on what he was working with. A really nice guy and a businessman with integrity. Use Get Locksmith if you need a job done!

I called this company, got a quote over the phone. Gabriel came out and hour and a half late after the time that was quoted. Came in rummaged through his bag and got an old used part and put that in. It was 8 pm so I didnt see the shabby job he had done until the following morning. He used and old part and it was not properly screwed in. He had me make out a check to R &B Lockout services. Ive spend the better part of today being transferred hung up on and sent to voice mail. I was told someone would be in to fix the problem within two hours. I called at 10:30 am Ive called several times today and still no solution other then being lied to, transferred and hung up on. This Was a nightmare experience that I had to deal with today, Im going to have to call another company to help fix what they did.

**The technician, Joe, was great and the receptionist Sarah, was great**-It took over 3 HOURS for a technician to reach my fiancee who was LOCKED OUTSIDE OF HER CAR-The technician was only sent after I called to let the business know my fiancee was still waiting LOCKED OUTSIDE OF HER CAR-Technician used my fiancee's credit card (even though I had pre-arranged to have mine used when I made the appointment)-It took AN ADDITIONAL 2 HOURS for me to reach a manager (I was told Erick was 'on break' for 2 hours)-When I spoke with the manager, Erick, he was incredibly rude - would not provide contact information for business owner (though I said it's a matter of public record) and he did NOT represent GetLocksmith well at all with his language over the phone. Lost customers today, Erick.
