From the first phone call setting an appointment to the time the locksmith left, Valley Lock and Safe was professional and friendly. I was impressed with how quickly the job was finished and at a very reasonable price. Richard, the locksmith, also took care of some odds and ends on the locks such as missing screws, oiling sticky knobs, locks on upside down, etc. and explained little issues that I would not have thought about. I will definitely refer Valley Lock & Safe to friends and call them again for any future lock, key, or security needs. Nice to know that kindness and professionalism in business is alive and well with Valley Lock & Safe

HIGHLY RECCOMEND!I have an '03 Jaguar XK8 and needed a key made. Jaguar dealer wanted $295 for key and $190 for programing. I got a blank (EBay $19) and SEAN cut and programmed for $100. Then I found they also have blanks; should have bought there. $485 Jaguar dealer compared to $120??? Not a genius but math works. Sean was courteous and competent.I used their services about 6 years ago to have a gate lock replaced. They came, did the modifications, and were very professional.The next time I require lock services, forget Home Deport or Lowes, its Valley Lock & Safe.

Good guys, knowledgeable. They have programmed a couple of car keys. One was sent online was aftermarket. Didn't work. They told me what was wrong after cutting and trying to reprogram, said when I got correct one they would do for free. Nice!

This was the best lick experience I have ever had. Sean over at the store made a new key for my car and had me out the door in like 10 mins. The price was so amazing. Came a day early and changed two cylinders very quickly. Price may have been a bit steep. Paid 133.00 last week for 2 cylinders from a different locksmith. Paid $204. Today from Valley.

I walked into their store and Marc was able to schedule an appointment for me right away; Richard the field tech showed up on time, explained what he could do and went to work. Every time I called this company with questions, which was quite a few, they were always pleasant.Always very helpful and honest!Had all the locks on our house changed and Jason did a fantastic job, even fixing a couple of little issue with doors that stuck. Obviously a fine organization but not a clear policy on military discount. Had a fob programmed a couple months ago and received a 5% discount. Recently had another car of mine programmed and was told no military discount on this job???????

Fast service and the technician was very personable and efficient. He fixed the lock (key had broken off in it) and the striker plate to make the key work easier. Then made 2 better sized keys for me. This took less than 20 minutes in my home. I called the right company!
