I accidentally locked myself out of my condo today. I called Slim Jim Locksmith and they were there in 20 minutes. I am thankful they were there so quick, especially since it was hot outside. The young man that came out was so polite and nice. He had my door opened up in no time. I was worried this was going to cost me a lot of money. Their prices are very reasonable. I greatly appreciated the customer service I received. When I called it took them no more than 20 minutes to get to my house. My key broke off in my door and not only did they remove the broken key but they made me a new one all in less than 30 minutes.

7/2/18I was referred to Slim Jim's through the neighborhood website, Nextdoor. I wasn't even looking for a lock smith, but someone mentioned their good work at replacing car locks and ignition keys, so I called and Isaac quoted me a fantastic price!I visited them twice. Once to get all my doors rekeyed after a home invasion resulted in my spare set being stolen, and then used to burglarize my car. Yikes!! So all the door locks were done, but then since it wasn't much more money, I also wanted to change my ignition, so they ordered me a new FOB key and a few days later it arrived and was ready for installation as well. The work was completed quickly and everything functions nicely.I now have separate keys for my ignition, doors, and gas tank which is a little excessive, but it keeps my car a little more safe and secure from the lowlife thieves of the world.

I can't thank the folks at Slim Jim enough. I called in frustration because the tip of my key broke off in the ignition of my 1990 Toyota. I was worried that I would have to take it to the mechanic, which would have cost me a lot more. The person who took my call was very kind and receptive. I truly appreciated his patience given that I was in a panic because I had to go to work in 2 hours. Within 20 mins, Brandon arrived and was very helpful. He struggled getting the piece out of the ignition, but was able to snag it. He lubricated the ignition just so the key could go in easier. It would save me trouble in the future. He also made me two copies of the keys and was sweet enough to give me the cheapest and most reasonable price. Thank you so much for all of your help today.
