I just rekeyed my home with OM Lock & Key. I called to inquire at about 4:50pm from work and said I would be available tonight or this weekend or next Monday or Wednesday.... no real rush. He said he could do it in 30min! He came to the house and was fast, friendly and professional. I cant believe it was that easy... seriously! Pricing was less than I thought it would be too. Thank you so much OM lock & Key!

The service call was very prompt, the tech arrived at my office in 25 minutes as promised. He was a very nice person and clearly skilled at his craft.Just seemed that $330 (final price) to open my office door (due to a lost key) and re-key the lock was a little on the high end. He wasn't there for more then 25 minutes. Anyhow- I would defintly use them again but clarify the exact details of pricing upfront more clearly.

Great experience! I needed a new programmable key for a used SUV that I bought for my mom. I called these guys on a Saturday morning at 8:30am. They were at my house in 25 min, and done with the job in 15 min. The key is exactly the same as the original. Its programmed and everything works perfectly! Thanks for the awesome service guys!

I called 3-4 other locksmiths that turned me down, one of them said he didnt really want to work a holiday weekend. This past weekend was not a holiday weekend . Wow, John was awesome. I lost my keys so I needed a few things replaced. He gave me a quote for everything I needed over the phone and then showed up at my place within 15 mins of calling. He re pinned two of my locks, made new keys, and made me a new car key as well. This all took about 15 mins also, so 30 minutes total and I was good to go! Great service, friendly, and very fast resolution, thanks John!

John was fast and efficient. He didn't have the exact flip key fob but was able to make me a copy and a separate fob that worked just fine in my Kia Soul and was reasonable priced

It really sucks when you're down to one key fob. Lose that sucker and you got a problem. John was great to deal with and provided excellent value in getting a backup fob fully functional. Even made a trip back several weeks later to replace the battery and check that it was working properly.
