I dont like to leave reviews! Only doing this because of the terrific service I received with Locksmith on Wheels. I called to install a new lock on my garage door that leads to my backyard and when Ruben came out he was very empathetic when I told him why I was installing new locks. I appreciate people who still care about other people. Highly recommend them!

I have been using them for almost one year. I have multiple UPS Stores and they are my go to business when I have to deal with any of my commercial doors or gates. They go out of way to make sure that problem is solved. Most of the locksmith only handle home doors but they do commercial doors and gates as well.I am very pleased with their service and would recommend to fellow business owners.

When I called, someone answered immediately and had a reasonable quote he guaranteed to stick to in less than a minute. The locksmith (who was very kind, funny and professional) actually beat me back from the 10 minute trip I made at the end of that call. It took longer for him to run my credit card than it did for him to unlock my door. Hopefully I won't need them again, but if I do, I've got their number saved. I can't believe I'm already back in my apartment.

Amazing service and incredible honesty by offering me a cheaper alternative!What a nice and professional team! Mark responded right away, we had a tiny banter confirming what I was looking for. He actually suggested that I could do it much cheaper by not replacing the locks and just fixing them and then rekeying them. He said it would depend on the condition of the deadbolts when he got there. They could've taken advantage of me because I was out of town and he was relaying over the phone. Before they started the repair he called me to confirm that I was expecting his quote and assessment of repair. After the job was complete, he had the technician get on the phone and explain in detail what he did for me. That is crazy amazing service! They are keepers in my contacts!

We lost the keys to a disk lock on our storage units. I called around and many wouldnt answer or be available in our timeframe. Mark picked up on the first ring, gave me quote and estimated 30 minutes for them to be on site. Javier showed up right on time and was able to get our unit open. Fantastic service! I previously tried another locksmith that was .2 miles away and they wanted me to wait hours with a broken lock. He was there within 30 minutes and was very friendly and knowledgeable. Showed me exactly what was wrong (worn out screw) and fixed it in no time at all. As a pet sitter I deal with keys and locks nearly as often as I do cats and dogs, do I ever have an issue again, I'm calling him straightaway.
