Called in to have our door opened to our motorhome. The call center told us it would be $41. We said ok and a nice young man came out When he got here he told us that it would $200. 41 is just the service call to come out. When i called back to ask about it. They said yep its $41 to come out and then you pay to have the door open. Why didnt you tell us that she said we did. That was all the explanation i got. They take your credit card info on the phone so your stuck paying the$41 weather you use there service or not. Would not use them. They are crooks.

Stay away, completely unprofessional!! Showed up over an hour and ten minutes late with no call. We had to call the company to find out if he was still coming. We had three locks that needed repair. He was here no longer than about six and a half minutes and said 'no, we don't do that', 'go to Home Depot, buy a new lock, install it yourself, it's easy' and 'move the gate or contact the people that installed it'. He knew nothing and treated us like we were wasting HIS time when all we did was waste ours on someone who doesn't want work or money.
