Spoke briefly with someone by phone who said she'd discuss my situation with her manager and give me a call back. Never happened. As a result, I called ASAP Lock and Key and received prompt, courteous, attentive service. I guess I have to thank Davidson Bros for dropping the ball, so one star.

I called Davidson because of referral from AAA. It was for a locked out AAA Premium benefit; the man did a thorough job, but left a simple receipt from a receipt book you can buy at dollar store. I am legally blind, so my son accepted the receipt when we paid. Now, AAA wants proper billing, done in their usual format; I will reserve judgement about stars, based on their timely correction of the required statement. For now, 2 sraea.

Called to see about rekeying my home. The lady I spoke to quoted me a price and it semed fair, so I asked for the first available appointment. She said she didn't have access to the appointment book but would call me back in a few hours to schedule. Never heard from then again!

I've never given a one star review on any platform but I want to make sure other people don't make the mistake of calling after hours. Called the number on their website ***beware*** it doesn't give you any indication it is a number that is used after hours for emergencies only. The lady that answered was very rude, lacked customer service skills or just common courtesy. At first she couldn't hear me so I called back and asked if she could hear me, she replied with attitude 'I CAN HEAR YOU NOW!' I asked to make an appointment and she asked in a regular tone 'You want this for tonight?' (why would you ask if it was the only option?) I said 'No, I was hoping to get it done tomorrow.' That's where I went wrong apparently. Her voice expressed that she was annoyed 'This is for after hours calls, you need to call during business hours 9-5.' I said I didn't know I just called the number on the site, and said thank you (I did not her). Will not recommend this place will never use their service because of her. You need to make it clear on your site not to call the number you have listed. I was expecting to just leave a message but apparently that is not an option. Good luck with your business and I hope that lady who answered tonight learns how to be pleasant to people that are calling the number you have listed with no indication that you can't call after hours, or make an appointment by phone.

Avoid if at all possible. I've had numerous negative experiences over the years, and the woman is chronically crabby. I tried to arrange for them to change door locks. Had to call back repeatedly. Finally, she said they were going on vacation for a week, but would try to squeeze me in. She never called back.

The gentleman came out and looked at the ignition and didn't waste any time to let me know the ignition was broke, there was no point of him taking the key out. which was very nice of him to be so honest didn't charge me anything.

It was wonderful to have the new key. Unfortunately they did a very poor job of listening to me (the customer), and wasted a lot of time poking around in my car's electrical system. When I just needed a key! Overall experience was disappointing.
