Excellent locksmith! I haven't had a spare key or a working remote for my Chevy Malibu in YEARS. The company I work for gets all their van locks from Parker Security, so I figured I would come here to finally get my spare key and a working remote. Avie helped track down and special order my remote and then moved onto my key. Of course, my key had the point shaved down (somehow?) and he had to work some serious magic to make me a spare! After a while, Avie was able to get me a brand new key that worked like a charm! My special ordered remote came in and within two days I had a fully working remote (yay!)While they are not the least expensive, you get quality people and expertise with these guys. Avie was knowledgeable and extremely patient--I highly recommend this company!

These guys are awesome. I went here to have my keys cut that I purchased from Amazon . They did a nice job and even checked to make sure it worked before they gave me a bill. That was so nice of them. Price is unbeatable. I called several different locksmith and they were so expensive. I will go back again .

I arrived at the store at around 10:30 fully expecting to spend the rest of the day there. Then came the call!!! Bridget stated she could have a locksmith there in minutes and get the lock rekeyed and I could be on my way. Tucker showed up clean cut professional and worked diligently to get the job done at a great price. I should have called you guys the first time!! Fair, honest and on time. Too good to be true.Customer service seems to be a thing of the past in todays world so it happens it needs to be commended. Be proud of these two. Today they went above and beyond.

Great place to get keys made for older cars. Tried regular hardware stores...they could do nothing for my 1998 Subaru. Owners wife was very friendly want helpful. Will go back anytime I need a key made. They were also helpful with my bf question about his remote access on fixing it.

I lost my only spare car key on Saturday in Downtown Mountain View and let me tell you, trying to get a new one, has been the most annoying process ever. It took me 2 car dealership to get a blank key and went to 6 locksmith only to find out that they were no longer in business. Finally, I came across a family business, Parker Security & Locksmith Service in Fremont. I was welcomed by two sweet little boys who made sure their mom could make me a new key and that they could solve any problem. While I waited for their mom to call for a key code, they taught me about the different types of keys and how they use different methods to approach a customer and amongst other stuff. Finally, I told their mom that her kids were amazing and I wished I had their personality and their communication skills at their age.P.S. The 8 year old boy made sure I left with a business card. Definitely a place I would go back.A post that was meant to be posted since June 18,2013
