What great service! I was in a pinch to get my business open in the next few days. I made a call to GG Lock and key and someone was there within an hour. We had doors that had not been opened in 8 to 10 years. He was able to get them all moving and opened. He swapped many locks and found ways to do the job cheaper. I highly recommend. Its great to work with motivated people who get things done fast and efficient and know what they are doing!Highly Highly recommend!!!

The locksmith that came to my house did the job that was required out of him, but just double the quote to I received over the phone to $120 to open a $10 home depot door knob. No explanation for the grade of difficulty or any other excuse, just because I needed to get in the room after seeing my travel bags. I won't use their services again, not I would recommend them.

I called they told me about 10 minutes to come to my house since I live very close to their shop. More than One hours later came the guy came in estimate to open the door for $225. I dont believe they charge so expensive than on the phone they told me. Im not recommended to use this locksmith.

Quite possibly the worst experience Ive had from any business, anywhere. You call a locksmith because you need help. More often than not its something IMPORTANT like your house or your car that youre locked out of, so timing is essential. Dude on the phone sounded nice and professional, quoted me about $80 to open the door, and theyd be there in 20 minutes. After waiting around outside to let the tech through the gate for over an hour, I called to make sure everything was okay. Office guy says they already sent the tech, nobody was home, and they tried calling me several times. I never was called once and I sure as hell never saw anybody even stop near the house. BECAUSE I WAS STANDING OUT THERE THE WHOLE TIME. He gave me the techs number to call, and I explained the situation. He interrupts me to say ok thank you ok thank you ok thank you good bye and then hangs up on me??? Called the office and he said the tech will be there in 20 minutes. Another hour later and still no tech, I tell him I will pay someone else. He says the tech is 5 minutes away I see him on the map. WHAT MAP?? If that even exists, then he shouldve know from the beginning that the tech never came in the first place! 45 minutes AFTER that and still no tech, I feel so stupid for giving these people so many chances.Complete waste of my time, youre better off just banging your head on the door until it opens because thats about as painful as this experience was for me.

I called in 3/20/19 to schedule an appointment for the following day for 10am and they confirmed they would be here. I called at 9am 3/12/19 to confirm they would be coming and the guy said yes we have a guy going. Its 11 am now an hour late and no call or a text, nothing at all, this is very unprofessional. At least let the customer know youre behind on schedule or on the way dont lie and say something that isnt true. Thats not good dignity.

Grdn Grv Lk & K is incredible! He came to my new home to give an estimate of what I wanted to do. We did a majority of the work the first visit but I decided to order a custom lock with a keypad which Ramon ordered for me and then returned to install. He's not only pleasant he's also very professional, reliable and super knowledgeable about locks and various options. I would HIGHLY recommend them for anyone looking for a great Locksmith. I will use them again for any future locksmith needs.

Unbelievably fast and expert service. We needed our custom-designed front gate to close properly and neither the gate designer nor others had been able to make it close. Grdn Grv Lk & K came on time, within hours of the request, and assessed and fixed the problem in 1/2 hour. Grdn Grv Lk & K is our new locksmith for sure.

Grdn Grv Lk & K are fantastic! They came on time and were done fixing my lock within 15 minutes. He even explained to me what the problem was, and how to avoid it in the future, which my previous locksmith did not do.I actually realized I had two locks after they had left. Since they only fixed one of them, they came back to help me fix the other lock within an hour after I called. They were willing to work around my schedule for both appointments. Great service and I highly recommend them for fast and great service.

I bumped the lock button on the old doorknob lock on my apartment door. No one has keys for these old things - we use deadbolts that have been added. Locked. Out. :( So, I called Grdn Grv Lk & K. They were here in 20 minutes. Quickly got the lock picked, then replaced the core of the doorknob set so I now have keys for it as well. Won't get locked out this way ever again. Took them all of 10 minutes to do the work, and he was super-nice and tidy. The price was reasonable as well. Thanks, Grdn Grv Lk & K, for saving the day!

Sean on came time was very polite and made me new key for my 2017 Toyota Camery, I never had that situation before and I was very worried that the price will be so high, but should explain me everything and didnt take advantage of me. I got a new remote key cut and programmed in 20 minutes and the price was really good.

Avoid this service!!!too slow too expensive taking only cash! changed my room door lock quickly but instead of 15 minutes it took them almost two hours to get to my site. was pissed off with the fact they dont accept CC, so i had to run to ATM, lost much time with that service. shame on you guys

recently noticed that my key was bent out of shape and it was tough to lock my front door, so just now I went to Garden Grove lock&key. The locksmith or whatever it's called is sitting behind the counter; he's this man with a serious expression. I explain the situation, then...Him: Okay well I can put your key in the machine to straighten it out, but if you have a back-up key, I could just make a copy of that.Me: I do have a back-up key, but if it's a simple process, I was hoping you might be able to straighten it out without me having to get a replacement. Him: I can do that, but maybe you should just get a new key.Me: I kind of like the pattern on this one, so if it's possible to keep it, I'd like that. Him: Oh that's right, I forgot that I'm dealing with a russian. He laughs. The man behind me in line laughs. I'm unamused.He takes my key and gets off his chair to put my key in the machine, and then I see the T-shirt he has stretched over the chair... it says, 'I'm not a gynecologist, but I'll take a look.'Overall, I got an unprofessional and rude vibe from this place. Not coming back.

My review was taken down on yelp so I'm posting it here. On 1/23/16 I went here at 1:55pm since they were supposed to be opened that day til 6pm. The office was closed and emptied. So they get 1 star for failing to update their info thus wasting my time. I found them on yelp at which time they had a handful of negative reviews. I added another one. The following days those reviews, including mine, were removed. Any business that goes out of it's way to do that. Obviously is shady ad hell and should be avoided.
