As my phone was ringing the store I realized they were closed and he still answered and answered my questions with no hesitation. I work in airline industry and our main goal is hospitality and having a servants heart . So when we interact with people at their workplace and get the cold shoulder it's almost shocking. But he set the bar ON A FRIDAY AFTER HOURS. .Thank you Sir. I pass 10 places that make keys just to go here.

I had my house keys stolen and needed two doors rekeyed. Their price was great and their field technician Xavier was even better. Even though he was late because of an earlier job(the office had kept me informed) he was extremely pleasant and efficient. Would use these guys again.

Worst Service Ever! They are so rude, I called to see if they can come out to my buisness ans replace a lock. An Appt. was scheduled they said they called when they arrived yet never bothered to reach the second contact. I called them back after 2 hours the guy on the phone was a straight up smart ass with me. They said they would NOT go back out and do service in the most rude way possible to call someone else. Def. Not professionals.
