Thought I would have to spend a good part of the day at the car dealership for spare key fob programming and an emergency key blade cut - but found Valley Lock and Safe a much better option. It was suggested I call ahead to verify a programming tech was available. I purchased a key fob from an online retailer and Sean completed the job in less than 30 minutes. Saved enough time and money to go have breakfast next door.

After going to just about every auto parts store in Coachella and Indio, looking for a new ignition switch for my vehicle. I decided to take a chance and see if these guy's could help. Sure enough Randy and Mike were able to find the right key and then make me copies. And in less than 15 minutes. I'm so glad I went there, otherwise I was going to have to drill out the ignition and deal with a huge headache. Thanks Randy and Mike you guy's saved the day!!!

I've called these guys out over a dozen times for both commercial and residential needs. Every tech is exceptionally knowledgeable. They stay until the job is done no matter how long it takes - no excuses. Most of the time you can get same day service. I usually get Richard. He's worked with the company for over 20 years (or so I've been told). There's nothing he can't figure out.

Do NOT go here to get your a copy of your car keys. Took my my key to get cut Nick working the counter said that they are not responsible in case the key doesnt work then whispers it rarely happens so I got my key cut and go try it out and it doesnt work then he tried cutting one of his own keys and that still didnt work. He made the remark that his machine cut too deep and now I have to buy another key and he cant even order it. Save your money and go else where.
