Ben And the Absolute Locksmith was both incredibly friendly and reasonably priced. I would rate him higher if I could as he went beyond a normal service call to help me out when my key busted in a garage door lock after 7pm at night. Nice to see that good service isn't totally gone.

4 weeks after moving into a new home and changing our locks, our front door just stopped working. It would not unlock for inside or outside Jennifer came over to first thing Saturday morning and within 5 minutes had it unlocked. He replaced the defective mechanism and enjoyed speaking with him. Absolute Locksmith is amazing. I first called the company about six years ago to install a keypad lock on the school where I work. Ben came out and helped me choose the appropriate lock for the use we needed. Ben ordered the lock, came back out and installed it, and programmed the lock. Once he was finished, he went through the steps of everything that I would need to do to reprogram it if I wanted to change the code. This morning, I phoned Bens company because I needed assistance with my keypad. When I tried to program it I didnt do it properly. Ben phoned me back and when he heard what I needed help with, he actually pulled over his vehicle and walked me through what I needed to do. My problem was resolved within five minutes! I have used Absolute Locksmith a few times over the past few years and Ben always comes and helps me with whatever I need. He is fast, accurate, and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend Absolute Locksmith! Dont forget to ask for Ben.

They dont really want to make keys here, its a rouse to get you there to stand in the hot sun while they pretend to look for the key blank. They could have just said we dont have that key the first time and saved me a bunch of sweat and lost time. Thanks for nada!
