Called several times after tech came out but they must not have wanted our business since all of my calls ended up without any action. Weird... The woman taking the calls was super nice though but again, no follow through in 3 days. Went with another company with same day results.

I needed new car keys and called late in the day and they still almost had me in that day if not for a delay. As it was they got me in as soon as I was available the next day and discounted a remote since they couldn't get me in the previous day. It's worth noting that they were able to get me in sooner and had a better price than their competitor. Would definitely use them again.

Excellent service. The technician Shai was prompt, polite, and explained that because my car key was not the master key, making a spare key would be a bit different. So the job took a bit longer, but they didn't charge more. I would use them again, and recommend them if you need a locksmith.

Shai was very friendly and came the same day I called. First it was going to be at the end of the business day but he texted me at 1pm that he could be over at 2pm. He was on time and prepared with the part to fix the lock on my glass door. In and out quickly. He also checked another doorknob I had a question about. I would definitely use this business again.

I am so thankful for All Locks and Doors! I lost my keys and locked all of mine and my daughter's belongings in the car while staying away from home. They came out almost immediately and remade two keys on the spot (I only asked for one, but he threw in the second for free). It took a matter of minutes. He then told me he could order me a remote and would have it within the week. I was genuinely impressed by the customer service and affordable pricing.

Prompt, professional, courteous. Shai was honest about my options the thorough fix, including removing entire door and starting over, versus the quick fix. We discussed the cost. When he left, the locking mechanism worked properly again and the door stays tightly closed. He left finger marks on white door, but they came off. Thank you!

I had 4 entrance door locks replaced by Shai (I purchased the hardware). This was my second successful use of their services. They are responsive, do a great job, are pleasant to work with, clean up after, and reasonably priced. One of my doors presented a challenge as the new hardware required some door modifications that were annoyingly tricky - but Shai got it done. Will use them again.

Okay, this was one of the quickest and most professional jobs ever! A friend was going to leave his credit card to pay for my 4 locks to be changed and the technician went so fast that he did not have to leave his credit card which left me without being able to use his card to pay for my nails later (LOL)!!! I loved how professional the technician was and he made my family feel so safe now that my locks are changed. The price was reasonable for a Sunday morning and I could not pass leaving this review it was much deserved. #getyolocksdone

If you need a locksmith for any reason, do not hesitate using this firm. Marco run a locally owned and operated business the same way I remembered business run years ago.. efficient, honest and reasonable.Stay away from the locksmiths that are too large or farm out business. These are operations which usually spend money to get on top of the list. I made a mistake, by talking with another outfit and the results were laughable. I dumped them and searched for a local homespun firm and found it with 'All Locks..' Marco was not only knowledgeable but extremely friendly and attentive to your every need. Marko was a life saver! I'm restoring an old motorcycle and the biggest obstacle has been a gas tank cap that hasn't opened in 32 years. I didn't really expect to get it open without breaking it. I am extremely happy with my experience getting a car key duplicated from Marko with All Locks And Doors! Marko picked up my call right away and met me in Livermore within an hour. He already had the right sized blank key in stock & was able to duplicate my key in less than 10 minutes. He was very time -efficient, friendly and professional! Marko was able to make a spare key for my Honda for an excellent price. He double checked to make sure it worked & was able to take payment on my debit card. I called several locksmith shops and visited the big stores in Livermore (Orchard, Walmart, Lowes) and none of them could duplicate my 2004 car key because of the type of key it is. All Locks and Doors seems to be the only place to get these ridged/indented keys copied in Livermore quickly & easily! I will definitely call Marko for all locksmith jobs I need!
