Don't even bother to call them beacuse they will quote u a very low price on phone but ask for 5 times higher when they get there. Especially when they know you don't have any choice, they take advantage and demand for ridiculous price. Very shady, run away from them.

Great experience!I had to change locks and to add new deadbolts and knobs on my new house I recently bought in west los angeles , so i went online to look for a good company to do the project for me and after sending some quotes requests on yelp i found '101 LOCKSMITH' the cheapest , we set a date and a time to do the work and they showed up as promised,did the job right,clean and kept their prices as they have quoted my little project.I was very happy with their service and the products they are carrying on their trucks ,Transaction was easy with NO HASSLE(something hard to find these days!).i would use them again!

Amit, the owner, was very responsive to my issue. He was professional, friendly and worked within my schedule to resolve my problem- a key had broken off in a lock. He had told me that the lock was no longer made, which almost required me to purchase a new file cabinet. Instead, he got creative and salvaged the lock and made a key to fit the old lock. I love my mid century modern file cabinet and Im so grateful he salvaged the lock and made it useable once more. I highly recommend Amit and 101 Locksmith, Inc. its nice to find a professional that cares about customer service the way 101 locksmith does.

I came to 101 Locksmith because I was interested in getting my lock changed. My phone call was answered straight away and I was able to coordinate one of their locksmiths coming out to change my lock the SAME day. I didnt expect for them to comply with me so quickly. But Im very glad they were able to. I dont know if I should be really impressed or if I just got very lucky. The one thing that didnt require luck was their transparency behind the price of the lock change. It was $100. This is the standard price and I think its a fair deal!
