Had a negative experience with another company that had high Google reviews but charged way too much, didn't deliver on their promises, and became harder to contact when I needed them to come back and help fix something. I reached out to Louie from ABM and he saved the day - incredible guy, who will go out of his way to help his customers. ABM's prices for car key replacement were hundreds less than the other guys'. Kind, genuine, easy to reach, and superb service. 100% transparent and helpful.

Got my key copied in less than a minute for $2.50(cash only). Parking is a little tight since its a booth across from 7/11, but quick service allows you to go in and out. Be sure to call before you go to make sure its opened.

Had them copy a key for my car, just needed the key copied, no transponder programming. He incorrectly copied the key, did not take my money, told me to get a blank key blade and he will swap it out for free.1. He copied it incorrectly2. Because of his mistake, I now have to shell out money to buy a replacement blade? Told me he can get me one but he would have to charge me his price.3. Blank blades are not available for this key, I am now out of a key because of HIS mistake. I had to buy a full replacement key fob, these are those with the key and remote integrated into one, it's expensive.4. I didn't force him to copy the key, if he does not have the equipment or skill to handle these types of key, he can simply deny the request.

Called to get a quote for service - quoted me about $50 over the market value the service I needed and said he could do it for cheaper if I paid in cash (sketchy). Called a company located 2 miles from this one and they came out for half the price and got the job done. Not to mention whoever was working the phone on 10-14 has terrible customer service skills and should be fired. Would not recommend

The owner has a second job and his business is not even a priority. He closes the shop and just makes you wait. Bundy's is a 2 min walk and they actually keep their store open during business hours.
