The owner Jim Salles and technician Chris Hahn are very unprofessional and have hostile and aggressive attitudes. We wanted to just change the code on our office door pin pad lock. Chris arrived and he entered the current code on the pin pad and it worked. He took off the pin pad lock from the door and went to his truck to reprogram and spent an hour before coming back into the office and saying that he to take it to his shop to work on. When we called the shop to check the status of when he was coming back, he was extremely aggressive and defense stating that we had broke the lock and he could not repair. He brought back the damaged lock and had the same aggressive attitude. He still blamed us for the damage when he burned the motor trying to reprogram. I would never recommend them and do not give this company your business.

I want to say that Chris took great care of me yesterday. He made every attempt to repair my old lock. During that process we both determined and I asked for a new lock. Instead of using the new cylinder, Chris correctly assessed that because my tenants had so many different keys it would be best to install the old cylinder in the new lock. He filed the old to accommodate the new. I would say he made an exceptional effort on my behalf and my new door lock is now working well. Thank you Chris for your prompt and friendly assistance.
