Great local key masters. Went all over trying to get a mailbox key copied before finding them. They got the key made quickly and for just under 3 bucks. Id rather patronize a mom and pop small business than give my money to these chains, so I will return whenever I need a key made. Note: Home Depot tried twice and the key didn't fit and Lowe's just didn't have the key style available.

Excellent service They dont accept credit cards under $15Advanced key services with top technicians on board to help with any issues you may have. They specialize in locking and unlocking. Lots of compliant keys to choose from. All sorts of door handles and knobs too. Conveniently located right off Lincoln Blvd, you cant miss the huge key sign!They have fun key shapes to choose from for $1.50 extra.Get a key stone and hide your keys in something that looks like a rockVery fast handmade service, I ordered 10 keys and they were all cut by hand and made within minutes. Each simple key copy was only $2.50. Dont go to the KeyMe kiosks, apparently they dont even cut keys accurately.If you have any issues with keys made from this store the will replace it!Plenty of street parking out front, or take the alley behind the store and find parking in the lot at rear.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and honest locksmiths. I went in to get some copies made and after checking each one the copies were excellent high fidelity replicas. I also got some advice on getting a replacement key for my car since the one I've been using is an old copy of a copy and requires some jiggling to work correctly. One of the locksmiths told me I could go to the dealer and get a key code free of charge, which any locksmith could use to cut an original key for cheaper than what the dealership charges.

Possibly the most unprofessional and RUDE people I have ever had the misery of dealing with. At 11 am they are contacted to fix a lock-out situation. The were RUDE when they asked to text photos to a number which I couldn't write down while driving. I asked that they text that number. They texted an incorrect number. They were RUDE when I called back to let them know that sent me the number for a landline. I sent the texts to a new number. HOURS go by. No ANSWER. I call agian. They are RUDE when they say the texts were igonored 'sorry.' And they were OUTRAGOUSLY OUT OF LINE when I suggested they deal directly with the property manager. Also insisted I took photos from inside the house when I didn't. My guess is these are a bunch of mysogonists. The literal worst I have dealt with. Why anyone would use these creeps is beyond me!

I like this place. Decent prices, decent service. i come here because they cut keys by code, which most other shops do not. The owner may seem slightly unpersonable at first, but he really does know what he's talking about and will honestly let you know what he thinks. Hours are not the most convenient, but I'd come here if you need any serious lock work done.

I have a 2003 volkswagen jetta. I lost my car key I called everywhere trying to get a key cut. The people who told they can come out never showed and I called them and they said they couldn't until tomorrow. But I was in mentor and I live in Cleveland with no way home and explained to him what was going on and he came right out. It toke him 3 hours because my car is a volkswagen. He had to find to manually find my key code. But he had me up and running and got me home to my new born and my wife. He saved me. Thank you so much
