Went there to get one key made for a resident of a building I manage. First, when I called, they told me they were closed for lunch until 1:30 pm. They should update both their online schedule here as well as the hours sign in their window, that does not say anything about being closed during lunchtime hours. I went after 1:30 and they were still closed. Waited five minutes in my car and they eventually opened. I needed one key copy made, and I asked if they would refund my money if it didn't work, which they said yes. I asked this because there are 'NO REFUND' signs all over. She made the key and took my $2, and I asked for a receipt since I need to submit this to the property management company to get my $2 back. She then informed me that they don't give receipts for less than $5. I explained that I needed to get reimbursed and she spoke to the man working with her who refused as well. They both kept saying 'It's only $2'. I handed her the copy she made back and asked her to return my 'only $2'. Which she did. The only thing I can think of that would compel them to waste the cost of the blank against the cost of writing '$2 key' on a piece of paper is either ignorance or some tax fraud, unless they just don't want the business of property management companies. So bizarre. Lost my business forever over ink and paper. P.S. I noticed here that the owner does reply to his reviews, so I want to give him the opportunity to actually improve his customer service and resolve this. I still need the key made, and I still need a receipt to be reimbursed by the company I work for. Here's your chance to satisfy a disappointed customer. Let's see what you do!UPDATE: 3 MONTHS LATER AND STILL NO REPLY AS OF JANUARY 20, 2019. WHAT'S HAPPENING JOSE?

Went to make a key at this place. The key didnt work on my door nevertheless, so I went back to ask for another. The men was rude, telling me that I was wrong and that I gave him a bad key. He made another one and told me it is not always certain it will work. I am never coming back here!
