What a lifesaver! Mr. Lee saved my boyfriend and I twice from being locked out of our loft downtown! The first time we got locked out was super late at night and Mr. Lee was the only one who picked up our call and was there in 15 minutes. Second time he was just as fast getting there and managed to unlock our door in less than 3 minutes! Nicest guy as well! If you ever get locked out, PLEASE call him!

What an incredible experience, this guy came in the middle of the night and helped us out immediately. I called LA Best locksmith on Friday to get a quote to have a key made for a Volvo S 60 I was quoted $500 wow but i needed to get them and whats the soonest I could have it done. I was told not until Sunday because it was a big job. I asked what time on Sunday and how long it would take in my response was To please provide my phone number and that he would get back with me. about 4 PM on Sunday I rapidly jump to the conclusion that he was not going to come and the repairs on the car woukd not be completed. Even worse my daughter didnt make it back to school disappointment beyond belief . I sent an email and NOTHING not even a Im Sorry They Say the Highest compliment you can pay me is the referral of a friend...... I have been in the automotive industry for over 30 years (repossessions) and it would be a cold day in hell that anything nice would come out of my mouth in regards to this unprofessional so called business

Not only did he charge a decent price and come in 15 minutes, but most importantly, he was able to unlock my door whereas the locksmith before him told me it was impossible and Id need to break/change the lock (which is only months old by the way). Alon provided a lockout service for me at 11:00 PM for a lockout on a vehicle. He was prompt and professional as he arrived within twenty minutes from placing my initial call to him for the service. He also charged me the same price that he quoted on the phone with no additional fees except the expected tax for his service. No one wants to have to call a locksmith because you already feel slightly embarrassed to be in the situation to begin with let alone having to wait for a long time to get service and there is usually always a high cost involved however I did not have any of these issues with Alon. He arrived when he said he would be there, he gave me a fair quote/estimate and charged the same price for his services after he did the work as estimated with no additional fees, he was done in five minutes with the lockout with total time spent from initial call to end of the job was less than twenty-five minutes and there was no time during the whole ordeal upon which I felt stupid or foolish for having been locked out. If I had to be locked out again then I would call Alon in a New York Minute. He is the best in Los Angeles and you will be happy you placed a call to Alon if you need a locksmith in the near future.
