These people will rob you blind. I locked myself out of my apartment this morning--only the knob. I called and was quoted a $15 service fee, which sounds reasonable (Which, by the way *magically* changed to $29 on the receipt, but I won't even get into that). I was then told 'The repairman will appraise the knob when he gets there.' There was no sort of appraisal. Nothing along the lines of 'Hey this is going to cost you over $200, are you sure you want me to do this?' If there had been, I assure you, I would've just broken the knob and replaced it entirely for far less. He didn't appraise the knob at all, took 2 seconds to open it, and then said 'It's 2-0-9.' I honestly thought--for all of the work and time that it took--he meant $2.09. But no. Over $200 for a two-second job of unlocking a doorknob with some WD-40 and the jiggling of a tool. I would give zero stars if I could. Unbelievable.

If I could leave 0 stars I would!!Never been extremely deceived in my life. Call Service is below standards!! Wait time was 1 hour...below standards!! Tech blames call service for miscommunication in pricing!! Call service assumed no responsibility and blamed tech for final pricing. Was left locked out of car according to the 'boss'. A $60 job overpriced at $200... Ridiculous!! Waiting for new company to arrive and open with the right price.Below F-ing standards!!

If you are looking for a reasonable price, this isn't the right place for you.$$$ for call service, and yet still get the wrong pricing information. (30$-65$ -they said)An hour wait.Get recalls with no answer. Get call trying to find your location. (So they were lost.)15-20mns service on the second set of tools to unlock the door. 200$ service charge, AFTER unlocking door. Call customer service to ask why pricing sky rocket after giving first pricing. Get told something else. Get hanged up. Recall 2 more times. Nothing resolved. To the people out there who are looking for a locksmith. FIND OUT THE RIGHT PRICE. You shouldn't have to be surprice with the pricing. And/or force to pay.

They give out fake quotes. Once they arrived they charged me more than double, when he didn't do anything extra.

Asked how much it would be for them to unlock my car. He said it would be anywhere from as low as 55 dollars. Once he got here he said it would be 125. He didn't do anything out of the regular. They just give you a fake quote and overcharge once they arrive.

My batteries died on my safe and after talking with a few companies, I chose guru locksmith because Rami the field tech said not to worry. He was here in 20 minutes and within a half hour, we were in! All of my valuables were safe. I highly recommend guru locksmith whenever needed. True pros!

Way overpriced. Beware, website says they have the best prices around(not true) I was quoted $65 and it came out to be $235!(didnt even have to be drilled) Just very frustrating because I was desperate and if I would have known then I would have contacted another company. Website should give you a heads up of the variance in prices.

Excellent and VERY professional locksmith! I hired them this morning to open my house door and Tal came over to my house in less than 1/2 hour from the moment I called him. NOT only that he did answered my phone call (which in my past experience, they usually dont even answer). His total price for the service was very fair and he was very polite and professional. I highly recommend him.

The service was fast. However, somwhat expensive for a bottom lock.. Service Call + Drilling (couldnt do the picking option) + tax. $249.00. Be prepared to shell it out. I wasnt interested in the cross-selling of another product.. I only wanted to get the lock opened.

Few days ago I got locked out of my house at the evening and I needed a locksmith to come over and solve that problem. I called few locksmiths but none of them even answered the phone or even called me back. I called Tal from Locksmith Guru and he did answered immediately and when I told him the problem, he said that he will be there in less than an hour. In less than an hour, Tal arrived and he was able to open the door quickly. His service price was very fair compare to the late time. He also make me a duplicate key for me. Overall he was fast and professional. Tal was one of the best and most honest locksmiths I came across with, his service price was good, and he came on time. My recommendation is that whoever need a locksmith for any type of locksmith service, they should contact Locksmith Guru. I definitely see myself hiring them again and recommend them to anyone in the area!!!

Yesterday Tal was definitely my LIFE SAVER!!!! My store got broken into and I had to replace all the locks. After calling several places, I called Locksmith Guru and spoke to Tal. Tal responded immediately and he had no hesitation to come over and replace all the locks (4 in total) and to make sure that my business is completely secures and safe. Tal from locksmith Guru came to our house and changed all the locks with new ones and matched the keys so we will have 1 key that open all the exterior locks. Tal was very professional and wonderful! The old locks were old and not easy to change out. Tal spent great amount of time to have them work perfectly. He was pleasant, polite and not expensive at all. I will hire Tal again in the future without any doubts!
