travis, the manager, is the man... no other way of putting it. he's super friendly and helpful. even went as far as providing information about my car i never knew about. no need to say anymore, just meet him for yourself and you'll see what im talking about.roni, the owner, who isn't always there but answers any calls and replies quickly. he will even text you if that is a more convenient way to communicate regarding any questions you may have or consultations.located in a convenient location with plenty of parking. and service is done quickly. and while you wait you can go to 7-eleven or find a place near by for a quick bite.

My wife locked herself in the garage without her keys. She googled for the nearest locksmith and decided to call Tarzana lock & safe. It was a Saturday afternoon and everyone was busy but a service Tech showed up within 30 minutes. He unlocked the door, rescued my wife and presented her with a bill in which she signed gladly because she was just happy to get out of the garage. When I arrived home from out of town I noticed that the bill was excessive. I called and spoke with Mike and Informed Mike that I thought the bill was excessive for the service that was rendered. Like Most companies Mike agree to look into it and based on past experiences I didn't expect to hear back. To my surprise, Mike responded with his findings and agreed that the bill was excessive and informed me that the Tech made a mistake. Further Mike informed me that he would Be refunding $50 back to my credit card. I had never been in a situation with a service company whereas they admitted to a mistake and actually corrected it voluntarily. In lieu of the service offered by Tarzana lock and safe I will not only do all of my lock Smith business with Mike but I would recommend him to anyone else I know who need service. A good company with a good sense of appreciation for customer service and value of their customers.
