Vern is the best. He changed the key for my 2007 Honda Accord in 15 min for much less than any locksmith in Berkeley or in SF. They are local and they have been doing business in Millbrae in the same place for a long while.

Very friendly, on time, and very knowledgeable. They were reasonably priced for service call and for broken key in lock removal. They quickly removed the broken part and thoroughly checked the lock was in working condition while explaining everything to me!My land lord, who put the responsibility on us for the removal and check for lock condition, gave us a company where both the service call charge and per hour rate were over $100....and I found Millbrae Lock as a better alternative and confirmed they were bonded.

I went here with a lockbox I had forgotten the key to. The guy at the counter (possibly named Doug) was able to cut two new keys for it. Super good service from a super cool dude. I highly recommend this place for all your key-based needs
