CoVid SIP and I lost my remote to the KIA Soul! So, eBay bought easy peasy. Needs programming, last time this happened I went to them at the kiosk at the Great Mall. We call them anyway to leave a message but they answer. They came to our house, did it all AND for the same price as before...on a Sunday.

The kiosk is really convenient. I purchased a key and also ordered a really neat one for my son. A Guitar key. Its helpful to have multiple styles and colors on your key ring so they are easily identifiable. Very quick too. I will let you know how the delivery goes. Ordered a set of keys and none of them worked

I went to the location to make a mail box key. They said they will mail it to me. After a week, I did not get it. I called them. They said somehow the key cannot delivered because of the address is not ripped off. So the mail office are send it back. I want them to resend it, they said they cannot. I provided my credit card, transaction, correct phone number, even the email address. But because of typo of the email. They cannot send it back to me. They asked me to go back to the machine to rescan it again. Really bad service.
