I needed to make a key but didnt want to go out of my way to a hardware store. This was at Bed Bath and Beyond so I figured Id give it a try. When I saw the initial price, I canceled it and the machine gave me a discount! They also threw in an extra key (since they are mailing my key) that came out of the machine. And it did truly work on the first try. Id use it again if I need a key!

The first key I ordered did not work. What I truly appreciated was the quick and no hassle response, which resulted not only in a refund but also a coupon for another key. Second time was a charm and I ultimately got my key for free. And they got a future customer, instead of a disgruntled consumer.
