I came in with a very off the wall request for a double sided key I needed to make a copy of. I had gone to 4 places prior to coming here and was very frustrated with the whole situation. The guys there were so amazing!! At first glance they were sceptical if they would be able to do it for me. It only took them 3 minutes to find one that worked!! Customer service was outstanding!! Side note, I have never seen someone hand make a copy of a key as fast as these guys did!! Will be doing more business with them in the future!!

Don't judge a book by the cover! I went in and he listened to what I needed done, then went right to work. He re-keyed my existing lock and cut me 2 new keys. I was in and out in under 15 minutes and was out the door for way less money than I expected. Much better and efficient service than one of those big stores and the keys work perfectly, plus way cheaper than buying a new lock. I highly recommend his services.

I am only rating a one because I don't have the option of zero. I came by on a Saturday at noon and the shop was closed even though the hours stated 9:00-1:00. When I called the owner, I am assuming, from the number on the door, he said he had been there since 7:00 and not very many people came so he left to an appointment and would not come back. If your hours are until 1:00, then you should adhere to that. I came on a recommendation but will never go back.

These people are dishones. Please make sure you verify the price in writing before they come to your door . I have a 2009 Honda Pilot and the key came apart. I asked them if them for a key exactly as my previous after agreeing to a price on the phone, they came to the door and were demanding 3 times more than what they originally quoted. After paying them what they asked for they cut a regular key where the remote doesn't even work. This is absolutely a rip off.

To CorruptingLuxRay. Im sorry but you have the wrong business. For starters, I dont have the capability to even make a key for a 2009 honda pilot. I hope that someone didnt come to you and give you my company name and scam you. We are not dishonest. Matter of fact, I've been in business since 1997 and have plenty of customers who would vouch for me. So your post is either a fake post from a competitor. Or a competitor ripped you off. But do not smear my company when it wasn't even us.
