These people are the definition of quality and customer service. The Nissan dealership wanted $150 to program my new key, and wanted me to make an appointment a week out and drop my car off for the day. Keysmart told me to come in whenever I was available, charged me $60, and took literally 5 MINUTES to program my new key. I was impressed!

The place is great the service fast and professional they have multiple options and chooses, I have Hyundai I was need remote I went before to the dealer but they wanted to charge me 370 for one remote but I buy 2 remote after Market the guy working in Keysmat advice me to buy the right one and he programming the remote for me 60$ he saved for me to mach money and the 2 remote working better than the original one.

I bought a 2012 Jeep Patriot Latitude last weekend and the seller only had 1 programmed key. I always have 2 programmed keys for all my cars and metal keys to get into my cars in case I loose the 2 keys, it would never happen bc I am responsible and follow a strict key store spot routine which all people should do but don't. That being said, I came to keysmart due 2 many reasons: I was greeted on the phone by a very professional receptionist / office manager and a very helpful pro key programmer guy that was young w/ a beard and a great attitude. He stipulated as much as he could about what he was doing and gonna do to make sure everything went smooth, and it did! I bought and brought my own blank keys I got from a reputable ebay seller using my FCC ID no. found on the back of the 1 programmed key I still had and ordered a set of 2 and had no issues. FYI, Keysmart will provide all keys and cut and program them with a warranty so its best to let them handle everything. I am a shop owner and auto repair technician and know how key programming works, so I know what I am doing. Keysmart can handle it all for you, so if you don't know cars and how key programming works then I advise you / anyone needing auto key cutting or programming services to just let them handle it all and do not bring your own blank keys they sell the correct OEM / Manuf. Genuine car keys, prox and transponder keys / key fobs. TY for the great work and after sales conversation and support. I'm David the owner of Highmile Mobile Auto Repair in N. They really helped me out of a bind but the last time I went there, their hours were incorrect so i made a trip from Lincoln to north highlands for no reason. Very aggravating when i was already having issues with my key not starting my car.

Key Smart and the whole team is nothing short from awesome. No seriously... These guys are great. We run a specialized repair shop for Jaguar, Rover, Bentley, and Rolls. Typically the dealer is your only choice for key cutting and key fobs, fortunately I found key smart and will never get a key done by the dealer again. The whole atmosphere of the lobby to the chill employees and professional service provided. We had a small issue with a Jaguar we were working on, called Key Smart up and was in the next day with a key in hand. I highly recommend Key Smart for any of your key related needs.

the manager over there usba shifty with a knack for demonstrating his skill with the use if circular logic when faced with a question like, 'why was not told that they don't offer saturday mobilenservice.' the answer i got was i live outside their service area, i was rude to receptionist, your lucky we got the keys sooner than expected, i didn't ask about saturday service, i asked if they are open on saturday, i was told to ask that was tantamount to demanding service. i was circular logic with all but a solution. i was offered a deal 100 off price if i brought car in. What deal he just took off cost of mobile visit . disgusted i found someone who would come out so i went to retrieve my bought for key 180 deposit. dustin keep that all crooked shady business. BBB next they should stay working from their failed kiosk at the mall over priced.
